Rural construction has been the focus of the problem of the construction ofChina’s national economy, whether it is the founding of New China, the previous landreform, today full swing at the new rural construction. In recent years, with the relativeincrease of the living standards of farmers, the rapid growth of the rural population,rural areas the resurgence of the housing building boom. Construction of new ruralhousing development to some extent, improved the lives of the living conditions of thefarmers, but also exposed a lot of problems. A long time rural development is the lack ofunified planning and management, showing a strong sense of autonomy and blindness,leading to environmental degradation in rural areas, rustic style of the loss, as well asthe lack of rural infrastructure, public service facilities. Therefore, how to combine localresources conditions and rural environment, to improve the rural residentialenvironment, for the purpose of new rural landscape planning and design research, is aimportant task of new rural construction, has become one of the core content of newrural construction.The paper is based on the above point of view, the policy theory of the new ruralconstruction must, on the basis of understanding and thinking, through a lot of fieldresearch and project practice, combined with the corresponding theory of buildingdesign, for KaiJiang Puan new rural landscape planning and design the actual projectresearch, discussed in detail.The paper basic logic is: Proposed new rural construction major problem to besolved→Analysis of the characteristics of the urban and rural environment andeconomic culture in Kaijiang→Analysis of KaiJiang Puan status of ruralenvironment→Proposed in view of the geographical features of the new rurallandscape planning and design thinking and practice→Proposed the measures andtechnical in view of existing building style shaping→Analysis of the new ruralcomplex design→Summary experience.The paper used methods：Mainly is the study of literature, instance research andpractice.The paper is divided into seven chapters, the content mainly includes thenational policy theory research on the macro, on the meso regional environmentcharacteristics and current situation analysis and on the micro design strategies for specific item on the three parts. In this paper，certain policy of new countrysideconstruction is presented, on the basis of theoretical study together with the presentsituation of the local environment, resources conditions, background factors such asgeographical features, first analyzed the KaiJiang Puan new rural landscape planningand design of the overall thought and layout, and how to combine the rural family,social and economic development, the relationship between the rural environment. Thenon existing architectural style of the measures and technology to explore, such asrefining the local traditional architecture culture, combined with the use function,economy, and farmers’ actual interests to the landscape renovation measures of existingbuilding, the application of modern technology and building materials reflect theregional architectural form, etc. Secondly, in this paper, the functional properties andmain characteristics of saemaul undong complex, under the original space layout, thispaper mainly introduces baoquan tower for regional planning. More specific analysis ofthe function of the saemaul undong complex composition, layout, style style introducedits style, practical technology, and how to make use of local materials to build localcharacteristic landscape.Thesis conclusions: a in view of the current new rural construction of ourcountry’s government as the leading design strategy, this strategy is the essence fromtraditional local-style dwelling houses, continuation of rural landscape features, on thebasis of combining the actual interests of farmers and rural economic development, theconstruction with time characteristics and the traditional rural regional characteristics ofnew rural living environment. Through research of this article, the author hope that theproject design structure for the future of the new rural landscape planning and designprovides useful guidance and realistic basis, the features of the specific design strategyand technical measures for the whole kaijiang region, even with kaijiang had similarbackground, environment, regional culture characteristics of the new rural constructionof the whole east sichuan region, and give guidance and reference.
