Rural Residential Building Design Mode Research In Tongling Area

In recent years, with the development of rural economy in China, the better the development of the rural construction work, the rural development of our country in the new historical stage, with the further implementation of beautiful countryside construction, rural housing built by the emerging problems: residential construction blindness, lack of guidance technology, architectural style trend is not obvious, the regional difference is not obvious, farmers build a lack of cohesion, from planning to the monomer construction of chaos. On the other hand, we live in a "global village" of the solid, all over the world RACES and nationalities have created rich and colorful, bright brilliant architectural culture. Under the influence of the mainstream western architecture as a wave, still insist on native products, many architects face how to blend with the local culture of western architectural ideas.We should not only learn from the west, but also in the east of contemporary regional architecture creation in the use of advanced design idea, the modern building materials, combined with a long history, culture and other rich local resources, and emphasis on building energy saving, environment, regional design. To solve the resources, the present situation of the energy shortage has more realistic significance.This paper put forward from the question, to the selection of research goal and the analysis of research conclusion, Shared the five chapters, after two present situation investigation and study on the model of construction analysis:the first is the new housing situation in rural areas and the local traditional residential research, and from the planning level to the status quo of the construction of model on the basis of combing mode of the rural residential construction to each research and comparative analysis, summed up the lack of local residential culture and technology selection problem. Then in the form of contrast of traditional rural new housing and residential in-depth research and reference maslow’s hierarchy, about man from form to function culture demand for residential development direction were discussed, finally it is concluded that tongling rural areas the design idea of new folk houses, and for the government residents, architects, and put forward the request, respectively.Articles in tongling area of rural residential design research as a starting point, the design of the residential development ideas, explore China’s rural areas for better rural construction to provide some theoretical reference.
