Gas is an efficient, high-quality chemical raw materials, but also clean energy, has a hugeresource potential. In recent years, domestic demand for natural gas is growing rapidly, withan average annual growth rate of10%to13%. Thus, the supply of natural gas has become thepeople’s lives is particularly important part. Now, however, deal with gas emergencies andmore rely on experts from various departments and staff responsible for front-line experienceand appropriate contingency plans. The presence of the reaction is slow, incompleteknowledge and other issues, can not be quickly combined with real-time information of theaccident timely and effective way to develop emergency response for the current accident.Therefore, to study the gas distribution system of emergency incidents disposal intelligenttechnology, design and development of gas transmission and distribution of emergencymanagement simulation system, to develop a fast, accurate and efficient way emergencyrescue the economy, for improving the city gas output efficiency with emergencymanagement system has important practical significance.This paper carried out the following tasks:⑴Research and summarized the functional role of gas transmission and distributionsystem of emergency management simulation modules part of the requirements analysis anddesign ideas.
