Central heating emergency simulation exercises are important to test the rationality andpracticability of the plan. Meanwhile it is of great significance to train and develop emergencyrescue personnel. As we all know, the heat pipe network has the important functions to supplythe heating energy to the heat users. The central heating pipe network troubleshooting featuresmake the average rescue time longer, so the effective rescue treatment and rescue teamcollaboration play a key role in shortening the relief and rescue time. Because the realexercise have a great impact and high costs, it is not always possible to take real exercises toimprove coordination and cooperation of the rescue workers and rescue techniques. Inaddition, in central hot rescue plan decisions also need prompt and efficient matching themost reasonable rescue plan when the unexpected accident happens. In the past, thedecision-making process is rely on the experience of the first responders employees anddecision-making leaders, which is not scientific and rational, nor does it have the best effect tomatch the current accident. Therefore, to carry out emergency simulation exercise centralheating system is of great significance to deal with the central heating incidents and reduceaccident losses. The research object of this topic is central heating emergency rescue. The plan decisionsupport systems and related retrieval algorithm are discussed in this paper. From case-basedreasoning and rule reasoning, as well as plans’ feature vector digital processing, thus achievethe fast matching similar cases based on the characteristic properties of the incidents, and givethe proposed disposal methods by the rule-based reasoning in accordance with thecharacteristics of the incidents. For the incidents central heating, after receiving the alarminformation, the officer needs to be assigned to verify the situation, and a series of specialrescue process should be taking. Command and Control also occupies an important position inthe whole rescue process. Combined with the actual situation of the thermal rescue, thedevelopment command scheduling subsystem is researched and developed, which has theinformation exchange records function, like the multiplayer online scheduling and theinformation issued. Agent and Multi-Agent-based central heating typical corrosion Caserescue simulation exercises through Anylogic tool platform are investigated and give thelanguage to describe the Agent formal modeling.Furthermore, a broader application of B/S architecture is used to on the system set-upand development, which will help upgrade and expansion of the system. Combined withemergency management and central heating as well as computer technology, central heatingemergency rescue is simulated based on Agent classification and rescue plan. Agent is appliedin the rescue of the central heating. At the same time represent the number of feature vectorthermal of rescue plan, sums up the central heating contingency plans and emergency disposalmethods characteristics and features of the range of options which provide the basis for theplan of storage and digital conversion. From the research of the projects, the clear analysis of the requirement, and extensiveresearch and learning technology, a combination of emergency management and centralheating is achieved. Aimed at the central heating emergency rescue simulation exercisesystem, through the system development and commissioning tests, the distinctivecharacteristics of rescue simulation exercise system for heat is found, which has thesignificant effect to reduce heat rescue time and reduce accident losses. MeanwhileAgent-based simulation exercises have a good effect on the reasonableness and effectivenessof the inspection plan.
