| After decades of development, we have made great progress in central heating system.But the operation and the adjustment of the heating system is still not perfect, there is a greatenergy-saving space.According to the operation and adjustment mode of traditional central heating system,this paper presents a new heating method: Timeshare partition control heating. First thispaper introduces the principle of timeshare partition control heating and gives the calculationbasis of this heating adjustment mode.Secondly, select an office of Beijing as the research object. The building uses timesharepartition control heating. This paper analysis the energy consumption of different testconditions through actual test. At the same time, the typical indoor room temperature and theheating system water flow variation are studied. The analysis results shows that timesharepartition control heating not only meets the requirements of indoor temperature, but also saveenergy.Thirdly, select a campus central heating system as the research object. The campus aredivided according to the type of Architecture. Through the simulation of the campus, thesimulation results show that the campus’s heating system can have great energy saving whenuse the timeshare partition control heating.Finally, this paper makes an economic analysis of the campus’s heating system whichusing timeshare partition control and calculates the recovery period of the timeshare partitioncontrol investment.
