| With the continuous development of society, save energy, reduce energy consumptionand environmental protection has become the global issues of common concern, and centralheating business in China energy-saving potential is enormous. How to optimize and controlheating systems is particularly important.Based on the thermal stand as the research object, the central heating system for lowoperation efficiency, energy wasted serious problem, the operation condition and optimizationof distributed control points, respectively, to take the temperature control method, frequencyconversion water pump control and DEST software simulation, through the analysis andcomparison, the variable frequency control technology, and that time division controlmeasures, scientific management thermal stand, not only to reduce human waste, still cantimely solve the problem, can to save energy and improve the utilization ratio of heat effect, atthe same time for investors to save the operating cost.With a heat in Zhangjiakou standing as an example, the analysis, the conclusion that thekey:(1) We have conducted frequency conversion speed regulation control for the existingthermal stations, and secondary network used constant supply and return water temperaturedifference. Thus, additional rate of mode3is too large, which certainly will increase equipment and networkcapacity of the investment costs, and finally put forward the best mode2intermittent heatingschemes.(3) The heating period camp heat load was simulated by DEST software. The statisticsshows that the heat load of unit building day in the three heating mode, respectively, for1227W/m~2,720.17W/m~2,730.41W/m~2. Thus, when the intermittent heating use the secondmode, building energy consumption is least, the investment costs of the equipment capacityand pipe network is least, and energy-saving effect is best.(4) To the centralized heat supply system division research points to Mongolia campelementary school as an example, through the analysis results show that when theintermission heating, the whole CaiNuanQi can save energy consumption, and saving rate isas high as50.1%. |
