Gearbox is a kind of gear transmission components that passing power by drive gear. As a general rule. It is compose of gears, shafts, bearings and box, etc. They are widely used in all kinds of industrial equipment, such as aviation, navigation, power and transportation. The vibration noise problem has received much concern. With the development of modern engineering and technology, The demands of people are increasing The gearbox system needs higher power transmission,lighter and thinner structure,faster speed,Which makes it face to more vibration and noise in high frequency.This not only affect the precision of the equipment and safety, at the same time also cause huge environment noise problems, serious impact on people’s production and living.Based on this,The study of gearbox system vibration noise problem has important theory value and practical significance.In this paper,The elastic coupling vibration analysis model of gearbox system is established from the energy transfer and the concept of admittance. Gearbox structure matrix contains bearings is established based on Energy Flow Element Method.Compared with other mature acoustic vibration prediction methods,The finite element method is only applicable to low frequency analysis and the EFEM is suitable for the whole frequency range and can predicting the internal vibrating information of structures. Finally, the influence of various structural parameters on the energy transfer characteristics is studied.Firstly,this paper studies the gearbox system vibration noise generating mechanism, analyses the propagation path of energy,builds energy transfer elastic model of gearbox.Gear shaft is simplified into energy channel beam structure,then calculate its power flow and energy density, The energy balance equation of channel structure unit under all kinds of boundary conditions are obtained.Secondly, The method for solving energy balance equation applies finite element method is discussed. The gearbox vibration transmission channel is discreted one-dimensional waveguide coupling structure, The balance equation is solved by applying Galerkin method. Then put the unit matrix together, Finally, the EFFM model of gearbox system is established.Finally, Through a concrete example, based on the energy finite element model of gearbox system, discussed the input power and the energy transfer and distribution under different structure parameters such damping, stiffness, and different gearbox structure.
