During the operation time of wind turbine mechanical,mechanical energy transmitted by blades can make the low speed shaft of gearbox revolve,but bring the gearbox torsion loads,which will have an adverse impact on the life of gearbox.In order to carry the torsion load of the gearbox,a pair of gearbox multi-layer sandwich mounts need to be installed on the torque arm of the gearbox.In addition to bearing the torsion load of the gearbox,gearbox multi-layer sandwich mounts can absorb the vibration of the gearbox,reduce the adverse effects caused by the vibration of the driving chain,and improve the performance of the driving chain,which is of great significance to the stable operation of the wind turbine.Gearbox multi-layer sandwich mount is taken as the research object with its theory studied and its formula between the stiffness and natural frequency of the driving chain derived.Gearbox multi-layer sandwich mount of a 2MW UP2000-115 wind turbine is studied to verify the accuracy of theoretical formula,and get the response formula of driving chain angular displacement.Based on the theory research,its three-dimensional model is established and its finite element simulation analysis is carried out.Gearbox multi-layer sandwich mount is verified to have no failure with its static analysis when torsion loads are obtained.Modal vibration type and natural frequency of the structure in first six stages are obtained by modal analysis.Comparing the data got by the modal analysis with the theoretical formula,the accuracy of the finite element simulation analysis method and the theoretical formula is verified.Through the modal analysis with prestress,the effects of different parameters on natural frequency are verified.Based on the impact factors of stiffness of gearbox multi-layer sandwich mount,its stiffness is designed to make its vibration absorption efficiency be above 90%and reasonable design is verified by finite element simulation,which provides reference and support for its further study.
