Abstract:With the development of the national economy, China’s transportation business has maintained a good momentum of development, the construction and development of tunnel is also more quickly, but the subsequent the problems of the traffic safety of tunnel has attracted wide attention.At present, research on traffic safety of tunnel of mountain highway in our country is still less.In this paper, take the tunnel of mountain highway of Fujian as the research object, based on domestic and foreign research, mainly from the safety point of view, determined the the specific content of the other5aspects of influence factors, these5aspects of influence factors include driver characteristics, characteristics of traffic flow, the other factors that influence the tunnel environment, transport facilities, bad weather.The entrance of tunnel is a special section on highway tunnel, traffic accident occurred in the proportion are as high as30%, study the traffic safety of the entrance section is full of great significance. In view of this, this paper first introduced the concept of FDE, put forward the evaluation index of the road section NF, and through the two development function by using the simulation software of VIS SIM, study the theory of the safety of entrance section of tunnel, have the conclusion that the change of traffic safety of entrance section of tunnel of mountain highway of Fujian with the change of the traffic and the the proportion of the large car.Used the datas of traffic accident of tunnel in highway that occurred in2006-2013year in mountain areas of Fujian Province, get the general characteristics of traffic accident distribution of mountain tunnel. And through the BP artificial neural network, established the prediction model of traffic accident severity of the tunnel, and sensitivity analysis of the factors influencing.Thorough analysis of the traffic safety of highway on the mountain area, have a clear positioning on the traffic safety situation of the mountain tunnel, and then put forward some improvement measures, including traffic flow, drivers, traffic facilities, tunnel environment, other factors affecting that related to the preventive measures.From the safety point of view, has established a relatively reasonable evaluation system of safety, and use the AHP-FUZZY evaluation method, established the comprehensive evaluation model of the traffic safety of highway tunnel in Fujian mountainous. And Meigulin tunnel in Fu Yin Speedway is analyzed as an example, will be evaluated by using this evaluation system analysis.Finally, use the evaluation index-NF to test it, then put forward the corresponding improvement measures.
