Study On Evaluation Of Route Scheme Of Tourist Highway In Mountain Area Of Cold Region

Highway route scheme optimization is an important point to be solved in the early stage of highway construction.The choice of highway scheme is reasonable or not,which determines the size of the construction project,the number of investment,the level of construction difficulty,the size of the environmental impact and how much benefit can get.The tourism highway in cold mountain area has comprehensive characteristics of highway in mountain,highway in cold area and tourist highway have,the difficulty of the route selection will be greater than the above three kinds of highway.The evaluation methods of highway route scheme we used now,mainly focused on the evaluation of normal highway and evaluation of mountainous highway,the evaluation of tourism highway are less,and there is no evaluation of the tourism highway in cold mountain area up to now.In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to find an appropriate evaluation method and establish a scientific evaluation index system to the tourism highway in the cold mountain area.This paper summarized the feature of safety,sightseeing,comfort,regional and seasonal of mountain area of cold region.And use the infinite irrelevance and typical index selection method find 12 evaluation indices belong to economy,technology,environmental and safety.Then evaluation index system of route scheme of tourist highway in mountain area of cold region.Basis on it,we analysis the advantages and disadvantages of expert experience,principal component analysis,AHP,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and finally chose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluation the route scheme of tourist highway in mountain area of cold region.The evaluation result of route scheme of tourist highway in mountain area of cold region are divide into five pieces such as very good,good,general,poor and very poor.Then through the expert investigation method of the each two comparison judgment matrix,which gives weight between the target layer and rule layer,criterion layer and index layer.Finally use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to get the result of route plan.National highway ChangTing to ShuangFeng(the snow town)is located in the village of snow national forest park,lead to the snow famous.Because of the national highway ChangTing to ShuangFeng include the feature of road of cold,road of mountain and the tourist road,this paper use the mothed of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluation the route scheme,and get the result of very good.The case analysis shows that the evaluation index system and evaluation method proposed is feasible and practical,on the cold mountain area tourist highway route scheme evaluation of feasibility study and preliminary design stage and route selection has certain reference significance.
