Like the other social science, the development and innovation of regulatory plan has some intrinsically causal relationships with the change of contemporary society. Through the comparative study of the historical background and the development of academic disciplines, this article will analyze the existing regular patterns. Including that, by researching the same objects whose implementation effects will be evaluated in different planning scenarios of different periods, this article will not only explore the relationships between indicators and time dimension, but also reveal the connotation and disciplinarian of indicator system in regulatory plan.This article will be divided in five sections.Chapter One:proposing the research content and defining the study scope through introducing the background, purpose, methods of this article and summarizing the related domestic research production at the present stage.Chapter Two:analyzing the relationship between the compilation method, innovation of indicator system in regulatory plan and the background of social development and summarizing the general rules through review of the development in regulatory plan.Chapter Three:summarizing the implementation effect of key indicators through comparative study with the different angles of timeline and management pattern by using the different cases of regulatory plan in typical areas.Chapter Four:analyzing the existing main problems through understanding the types, compositions and methods of indicator system.Chapter Five:proposing the ideas and suggestions for the development of domestic indicator systems in regulatory plan through predicting the future urban constructions.
