The traditional vapor compression refrigeration air conditioning system has manyproblems in the long-term application and practice, such as energy shortage, indoor air qualitydecline and so on. While the medium temperature solar liquid desiccant air conditioningsystem has the advantage of green and energy-saving, and also can improve energy efficiency.This paper is based on the medium temperature solar for the power of solution regeneration,proposes the solution regeneration system of the medium temperature solar liquid desiccantair conditioning system, analyzes the heat and mass transfer mechanism of solution and air,and studies the properties of a new type of organic solvent regeneration by changing thepacking height, air and solution inlet parameters. The specific work and research contentcarried out as follows:First, this paper studies the form of the dehumidification/regeneration device,determines the adiabatic type regenerator for solar dehumidifying solution regenerationsystem main parts; and introduces the methods of liquid desiccant dehumidification andregeneration. The mode of regeneration includes: air solution regeneration and boilingsolution regeneration. Combined with the actual situation of this project, this paper uses theair type solution regeneration mode.Secondly, the principle of solar liquid desiccant cooling system is analyzed, and the solarliquid desiccant regeneration system is put forward, which uses a new type of organic solventas desiccant and selects corrugated ceramic slice as the regenerator filler. The mathematicalmodel of the adiabatic type regenerator is established, and the key factors affecting theregeneration performance is analyzed. Then, this paper designs and builds a solar liquiddesiccant regeneration system test bed, develops a method for controlling the height ofpacking and the inlet parameters of air and solution, calculates the amount of regeneration andthe regeneration efficiency of the solution, and evaluates the regeneration performance.Finally, under the guidance of the above theory, the experiment studies the solar liquiddesiccant regeneration system, reveals the effect of filler height, air and solution inletparameters on the regeneration performance, and analyzes the error of the regenerationefficiency. The experimental results show that, the solution outlet water content with the fillerheight, air flow and temperature, solution flow rate increasing and decreases, but theregeneration efficiency increases.In this paper, the research provides some reference value for the further research on thisproblem, and also has certain guiding significance to the medium temperature solar energyapplication in liquid desiccant air conditioning.
