Construction And Evaluation Of Plant Landscape Of Zhangzhou Country Park

In the process of the rapid urbanization, massive concentration of population prompts"urban disease". The high cost of urban living, and the deterioration of ecological imbalanceand other problems has been increasingly prominent. At the same time, urban space extendsoutward constantly like a pancake-style, leading to the ecosystem and landscape significantchanges in the structure. The country park, taken as the open urban fringe part, is an importantcarrier to ease the increasingly serious environmental stress. Firstly, We should understand thedefinition of country park and plant landscape, then analyse its origin and evolution. This paperreviews the research progresses home and abroad, describes its characteristics, and plantlandscape assessment and configuration, and provides the basis for the study of the countrypark. Secondly, Taking the country parks in Zhangzhou Fujian as the typic cases, we analysedthe characteristics and functions, and discussed the constructon methods for the plantlandscapes, and the bay, the wetland and continent landscapes along the rivers based on theecology and aesthetics, then summarized the landscape design methods for the xountry parks inZhangzhou. Thirdly, by the descriptive factor method the comprehensive landscape assessmentsystem was set up, the plant landscapes of the country parks in Zhangzhou were evaluated, andtheir advantages and disavantages were explained.The results shows that a comprehensive evaluation on the ecological value for thewetlands is high, and the community structure and space richness should be improved in thefuture. This study describes the knowledge, design characteristic and construction mode, andprovides the fundamentals and references for the construction of country parks and cityecology in China.
