One day old pairs Kito Meat Duck240. Experimental animals were divided into four treatments in accordance with the principles of the same weight in each group, with six replicates in each treatment, ten in each replicate. The trial period last for four weeks (28days). Meat Ducks of the control group fed with a basal diet, diffent treatment group (treatment group one, treatment group tow, treatment group three) in the basal diet with50ppb and100ppb,150ppb of AFB1standard. Research the effection of pure AFB1on production performance, blood biochemical index and digestive tract structure and function in rats of Meat Duck.The results showed that:(1) Compared with the control group, the average weight of meat ducks in treatment group one age of28days,the average daily gain and average daily feed intake in treatment group one, treatment group two and treatment group three were extremely significant (P<0.01) reduced; the material weight ratio of treatment group two and three was increased very significantly (P<0.01) and the duck death rate was significantly (P<0.05) increased.(2) Compared with the control group, the changement of each organ index in treatment group one had no significant difference (P>0.05).the liver and spleen index of treatment group two and three were very significant (P<0.01) increased; the bursal index was significantly (P<0.05) decreased; the thymic index fell and the pancreatic index rose did not show significant (P>0.05) differences. Compared with the control group, the proventriculus length index and jejunum length index of every treatment group were very significant (P<0.01)rised. The proventriculus mass index, duodenal mass index, jejunum mass index, ileal weight index and ileum length index, of treatment group two and three were significantly (P<0.01) increased; the duodenum length index of treatment group three was significantly (P<0.05) increased.(3)Compared with the control group, the content of γ-GT in every treatment group one was rised very significant (P<0.01); the content of TP and ALB in treatment group two and three were decreased very significant (P<0.01);the ALP and ALT contents were very significantly rised (P<0.01); the AST content in treatment group three was significantly (P<0.01) rised. (4) Compared with the control group, the difference in every treatment group of D-xylose concentration decreased very significantly (P<0.01); Gastrointestinal absorption ability was damaged. Compared with the control group, the duodenal crypt depth of every treatment group was increased significantly(P<0.05); the duodenal mucosal thickness, the jejunum villus height and the crypt depth of treatment group two and three were significantly (P<0.05) decreased, the ileal villus height, crypt depth and mucosal thickness was significantly increased (P<0.05); the duodenal villous height significantly,thejejunum mucosal thickness in treatment group three were significantly reduced (P<0.05), the jejunum after mucosal thickness was significantly increased (P<0.05).(5) Compared with the control group, the changement of enzyme activity in treatment group one had no significant difference (P>0.05); the trypsin activity, the maltase and invertase activity of treatment group two and three were very significantly (P<0.01) or significantly (P<0.05)rised,lipase activity significantly decreased (P<0.01); in treatment group three the pepsin rision and the parenzyme activity decline were significantly (P<0.05).To sum up:The standard AFB1in dietary reached50ppb can reduced the production performance of Meat Ducks,100ppb can seriously damage the duck internal organs, particularly the liver and immune organs, change the blood biochemical index, rate of death increased; standard AFB1can change the the activity of digestive enzyme in digestive tract and affect the nutrient digestion, digestive tract protease and two enzyme activity increased, lipase and amylase activity decreased, lipase and amylase activities decreased may be one of the reasons that reduced production performance; standard AFB1can change the gastrointestinal mucosal morphology and affect the absorption of nutrients, duodenum and jejunum villus height and mucosal thickness decreases, the jejunum after long and ileal villus height and mucosal thickness increased, the mucosal crypt depth increase. Overall evaluation results of the intestinal absorption capacity is reduced, which may be caused by the average daily weight gain decreased.
