The orthogonal experiment with randomized, design was adopted, using organic fertilizer as factors A, planting density as factors B,remained leaf number as factors C, to analyze and compare the effects of different treatments on agronomic characters, physiological and biochemical indicators, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco, the main results are as follows:1. In the early growth of flue-cured tobacco, main cultivation factors has little effect on tobacco agronomic characters,the reaction of planting density and remaining leaf number on plant height, stalk perimeter and the largest leaf area reached a significant level.Treatment at middle and late growth stage due to the nutrients release of organic fertilizer,Comprehensive performance of treatment, A2B2C3and A2B3C1of comprehensive performance are better.2. Tobacco toping enzyme activity is the largest,in the vigrous growth enzyme activity appeared general downward trend. Treatment:A2B2C3and A2B1C2of comprehensive performance are better.3. The SPAD value of the tobacco toping and the vigrous growth are higher. From the beginning of position gradually declined, to maturity to a minimum.It has Significant difference between the treatments. Treatment:A3B1C3and A2B3C1of comprehensive performance are better.4. The remained leaf number had no Significant effect on root vigor, Treatment A2B3C1of comprehensive performance is better.5.The organic fertilizer、planting density and remained leaf number had Significant effect on net photosynthetic rate, planting density had Significant effect on Stomatal conductance, organic fertilizer had no Significant effect on Transpiration rate. Treatment: A2B3C1of comprehensive performance is better.6. Nicotine content in tobacco had remarkable difference, upper leaves>central leaves>lower leaves, nicotine content the upper leaves on the high side, central leaves is the optimal and lower leaves is low. Different treatment can promote the total K with lower leaves, but is not obvious effect on the absorption with the total K of upper leaves.The total N,the total sugar and reducing sugar content of flue-cured tobacco is slightly lower,maybe it is related to tobacco leaf quality and baking quality itself. Organic fertilizer and planting density made greater influence than leave leaf number. Treatment: A2B2C3、A3B2C2and A2B3C1of comprehensive performance are better.7. The most treatment with yield, percentage of superior tobacco leaves, output all have reached a good level. Organic fertilizer is the key factor. Treatment:A2B2C3and A2B3C1of comprehensive performance are better.8.The optimal cultivation combination is A2B3C1, Exactly organic fertilizer with30%proportion, planting density of1300plants/mu, remaining leaf number18pieces...
