With population growth, agricultural producers preferred arable tractor whichcan greatly improved the efficiency of agricultural production.Tractor rearsuspension system,as a key part of arable tractor, has had a new target that is how tofurther improve the efficiency of tractor production and reduce the workload of theoperator.This paper introduces the tractor rear suspension hydraulic circuit, hardwareand software design of the electric control system and experimental test in theelectro-hydraulic control system.The hydraulic circuit uses two electro-hydraulicproportional valve as the main control valve. The electro-hydraulic proportionalvalve reduces the volume of the hydraulic part in the tractor by using a form whichthe cartridge valves insert into the integrated valve blocks.In the function of thesystem, the rear suspension system uses human-computer interaction panel tocontrol the system by using the knob that input control state variables on the frontpanel. In the working mode, the system has two ways to meet different workingconditions that is position adjustment and position adjustment based on resistance.Control system using the C8051F020microcontroller to control the core andthe design of the controller hardware circuit based on it.The SCM makes suspensionsystem become a digital and automation control system.The controller receivessignals from the panel of human-computer interaction and the sensor transmission,achieves the function of the control system, using the position loop to control theoutput of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve in the work mode.The main partof the system’s software is the control program in the microcontroller.The MCUinitialization settings and the preparation of the functionality of the control systemsis set up through the process to achieve control of the system.In the design of thetractor rear suspension electro-hydraulic control system, mathematical model isestablished and analyzed by the MATLAB. In finally, the experimental testing ismade by experimental platform for which proved the feasibility of this design.
