In our country, there are many characteristics in the treatment of agriculturalwastes. such as regional inequalities in the distribution of raw materials, lowdegradation rate of single materials, single material in anaerobic treatment of acidconcentration is not conducive to the regulation, low methane content, etc. Thispaper aims at observing methane production by using two-phase anaerobicfermentation of mixed substrates. Also take a feasibility research on usingacidogenic fermentation liquid to product biological flocculant. The mixture of cattle, rice straw and molasses wastewater were taken asinoculums for aerobic treatment. Using taking continuous stirred-tank reactor asacidogenic reactor. Result shows that mixed fermentation of the substrates arecomplementary to each other, the system is more stable compared to single substrate, fermentation type with acetic acid, alcohol based mixed fermentation. At the sametime, compared to single material fermentation, mixed fermentation has high gasproduction. Cellulose and hemicellulose of rice straw are effectively degradated. Itwas found that dominant strain in the reactor were Clostridium, Acinetobacter sp.,Bacteroides, Salinicoccus sp., Clostridium.sp., Pseudomonas sp., Methylobacteriumsp, etc.Using internal circulation as methanogenic phase reactor, taking cattle andbiogas slurry as mixed substrates. Observing methane production of takingacidogenic fermentation liquid in30days and50days into IC reactors. The resultsindicated that with an OLR of3kgVS/m3d and at a HRT of20days, correspondingto specific gas production were1.02m3/m3d and1.06m3/m3d. Improved24.5%、27.4%compared to single IC reactor. It was found that dominant strain in thereactor were Methanobacterium sp, Methanosarcina mazei, Methanocorpusculumparvum, Methanocorpusculm sp, Methanosaeta sp., Euryarchaeote, etc.Take a feasibility study of using acidogenic fermentation liquid as compoundflocculation culture medium. Through orthogonal experiment found thatflocculation rate reaches92.3%when mixed fermentation liquor and traditionalculture medium take the ratio of1:4, fermentation liquid of70day, inoculumvolume was8%, and the flocculation rate was the highest. Compound bio-flocculant production was2.13g/L, while by using traditional culture medium, bio-flocculant production was2.49g/L.
