| Strawberry pot experiments were performed on compound substrates containing different ratio of agricultural waste produced in Zhejiang area.The effects of different formulations of cultivation substrates on plant growth,fruit yield and quality of strawberry were studied in order to screen out suitable cultivation substrates for growing strawberry and increasing strawberry fruit yield and quality.The main results are as following:(1)Through the analysis of the large amount of agricultural waste in Zhejiang Province.The mushroom residue,cultivated waste material of dendrobium officinale suitable for cultivation of the main material because of the lower conductivity,rich content of nutrient elements and the physical and chemical properties relative stability.The harmless treatment time was shorter and the physicochemical properties were more stable after treatment when the fermented bacteria were added to the mushroom residue.(2)The results of experiment that studied the effects of cultivation substrates on strawberry by different proportion of mushroom residue and dendrobium officinale cultivated waste indicated that: There were significant differences in fruit quality and yield of strawberry among different substrates formulation.The yield of strawberry in formulation H5(80% dendrobium officinale cultivated waste+20%soil)was the highest for 232 g.Compared with the CK1(pure mushroom residue cultivation),the increase was 57.8%,compared with the CK2(pure dendrobium officinale cultivated waste),the increase was 98.3%.The total soluble solid,VC,soluble sugar and the ratio of total soluble solid to titratable acidity in treatment H5 were the highest among all the formulations.Therefore,the comprehensive cultivation effects on strawberry cultivation of formulation H5 was obviously better than other formulations.(3)Keeping the ratio of mushroom residue to dendrobium officinale cultivation waste 1:1 fixed and adding different proportions of soil respectively,the results showed that adding soil could significantly improve the volume weight of substrates,but decrease the total porosity of substrates.With the increase of proportion of soil added,the soluble solids,soluble sugar,the content of VC,and the solid-acid ratio will reduce gradually,but the average single fruit weight of strawberry and total single plant yield will increase gradually.By comprehensive analysis of strawberry’s nutrient value and economic value,adding 20% soil to treatment T3 will get the strawberry with good taste and high yield.(4)The results of strawberry pot experiment that studied cultivation substrates mixed by organic fertilizer with different kinds and different ratios indicated that silkworm excrement and vermicomposting was able to improve the physical-chemical properties of cultivation,which was more suitable for the strawberry growth.The soluble solid,VC,soluble sugar in the strawberry fruit and the total yield of single plant treated by vermicomposting were even higher than that treated by silkworm excrement.By adding 9% vermicomposting to treatment FQ3,the strawberry plant grew well with quality and tasteful fruit,high yield of single plant.In conclusion,FQ3 had the best performance which can be used as base fertilizer for strawberry cultivation substrates. |
