| In order to study the relationship between grain weight per spike and yield and othertraits,24wheat varieties (lines) as the material were studyied in the Huaiyuan Longkangfarm. Through the analysis of the relationship between grain weight per spike and yield ofthe three elements and other several traits, draw the following major findings:1〠The heaviest grain weight per spike of wheat varieties (lines)at about2.0g used inthe area along and north Huaihe River of Anhui Province, the grain weight per spike ofmost of the wheat varieties (lines) focuses on the range of1.5-1.7g. Results of clusteringanalysis based on grain weight per spike of the system, initially proposed According tograin weight per spike wheat varieties classified into three broad categories: Heavy-Spiketype and grain weight per spike more than or equal to1.8g; Mid-Spike type, grain weightper spike between1.4g and1.8g; Light-Spike type, grain weight per spike less than orequal to1.4g.Grain weight per spike of1.8g can be achieved by the basic model of40×45ï¼›grain weight per spike of1.4g by the basic model of35×40。 Whether suchcriteria for the classification of properly have to be further explored and practice to prove.2〠Grain weight per spike and yield and yield of three elements: grain weight per spikeand yield were significant positive correlation (correlation coefficient was0.46) and grainnumber per pike was a highly significant positive correlation (correlation coefficient was0.84),1000-grain weigh as a positive correlation but did not reach significant level correlationcoefficient was0.14), Spike number per unit area was highly significant negativecorrelation (correlation coefficient was-0.72). Grain number per spike on grain weight perspike of the direct contribution obtained by path analysis, the direct path coefficient was1.0359, and the1000-grain weigh on grain weight per spike of the direct path coefficients was0.5278. Grain weight per spike had more contribution to unit area yield, the direct pathcoefficients was0.5879, while the unit area of spike number on unit area yield of the directpath the coefficient was0.1738. Therefore, on the basis of the stability of the unit area ofspike number, the increase of grain number per spike and an appropriate increase in1000-grain weigh to increase wheat production by increasing the grain weigh per spike.3〠Grain weight and harvest index, single-stem biomass yield, single-stem grass weightwas a significant positive correlation, the correlation coefficients were0.63,0.62,0.70.Harvest index, single-stem biomass yield on grain weight per spike of direct pathcoefficients were0.5526and0.5383, increase single-stem biomass yield and harvest indexcan effectively improve the grain weight per spike. Most varieties of harvest index reached 0.45-0.5, to further improve be more difficult, thus to further improve the yield and grainweight per spike may choose the road of simultaneously improve single-stem biomassyield and harvest index.4ã€Grain weight per spike and grain bulk density showed a highly significant negativecorrelation, the correlation coefficient was-0.56. The bulk density is an important indicatorof grain quality and market pricing. Varieties of high-grain weight per spike often not fullof grain, so we should coordinate the relationship of bulk density and grain weight perspike in Heavy-Spike type breeding, at the same time to breeding Heavy-Spike type shouldpay attention to strengthening the choice of grain full degree. |
