With the improvement of people’s living standard, the requirements of agricultural products are becoming higher and higher, not only to eat, but also to eat healthy and safety.In this study,we investigated the vegetable pesticide residue status in the market of Shaoxing city in2011. Meanwhile, we researched on the immune colloidal gold rapid detection reagent of β-stimulant drugs in meats.The main results were as follows:1、Random sampling investigation was carried out on the vegetable pesticide residue status in the farm produce markets of Shaoxing city in2011. We detected the pesticide residue on the basis of the method of NY/T761-2008" the determination of organic phosphorus, organic chlorine, pyrethroids and carbamate pesticide residue in the vegetables and fruits ". And the results was judged by GB2763-2005"Maximum residue limits for pesticides in foods ". The total of vegetable inspection samples were493, in which pesticide residue was detected in120samples. The detection rate was24.3%. Among them,21samples were over standard and the over standard rate was57.3%. The qualified rate was95.7%. The results showed that the pesticide residue in vegetables was good in general in Shaoxing city. But individual pesticides such as chlorpyrifos and carbofuran were detected and some were over standard. And some banned pesticides such as isocarbophos and omethoate were detected. On the basis of investigation, we firstly analyzed the causes of high pesticide residue.Then we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and provide technical support for agricultural products quality and safety supervision department.2. This study is based on the research of immune colloidal gold rapid detection reagent of β-stimulant drugs in meats. We developed a set of rapid detection reagent plate to detect the three drugs clenbuterol, salbutamol and ractopamine simultan eously. The reagent plate can complete the qualitative and semi quantitative determination of beta stimulant drugs in samples such as Karen Tero hydrochloride in15～36min.The method is simple, rapid and high sensitivity.There is no equipment with measuring. The detection task can be performed not only in the laboratory, but also in the farms, food market and some other fields.There exsits the problem that some basic unit unable to carry out the inspection and monitoring work for lack of the equipment and personnel.And this detection technology can partly solve the problem. It has a wide application prospect.
