| Traditional Chinese medicine is the treasures of China’s thousands of years of splendid culture, and it is an important weapon in traditional disease prevention and treatment, it is safe, efficient, inexpensive, and fewer side effects. But the use of Chinese medicine is far from achieving the full extent recently, it’s necessary to explore in depth more active ingredients of Chinese medicine to give greater value to it. Because of saturation of land resources and rise of the means of production’s prices in recent years, the economic benefits of wheat planting is very low, Therefore improve wheat yield, improve the quality of wheat and to seek new, green plant growth regulator is of great significance. Preharvest sprouting in wheat is a particularly serious threat at presen is in China, about83%Wheat-growing areas is endangered wheat preharvest sprouting. Looking for green, safe harvest sprouting inhibitor from the natural plant is of importance. This study screens several Chinese herbal medicine promoting and inhibiting wheat germination and growth from29kinds of Chinese herbal medicine and identify their structures. Through this, study natural substances promoting wheat growth in Chinese herbal medicine can be use as wheat seed coating agents and the natural plant growth regulator to ensure that the stablement and increasemengt of wheat yield. Also, active component inhibiting wheat preharvest sprouting is looked forword to be extracted from traditional Chinese medicine, these can be contribute to the development of ecological agriculture and expand the value of Chinese medicine. The main conclusions are as follows:1Study preliminarily the morphological indicators in wheat germination and growth under the influence of crude extracts of29kinds of Chinese herbs like Perilla frutescens (L.) Britt., Ligusticum sinense Oliv., Cyperus rotundus L. and Alisma orientale (Sam.) Juzep.. From these kinds of Chinese medicine, It’s screened that three kinds of Chinese herbal medicine like Lophatherum gracile Brongn., Rhaponticum uniflorum (L.) DC, and Aristolochia debilis Sieb.et Zucc. to promote wheat growth obviously and four kinds of Chinese herbal medicine like Cimicifuga foetida L., Cyperus rotundus L., Semen celosiae and Arctium lappa L. to inhibit wheat growth significantly. Do Further seed germination and seedling growth experiments on the screened Chinese herbal medicine and evaluate the corresponding morphological index, physiological index and biochemical index of wheat, it can be found that Lophatherum gracile Brongn. has the strongest effect on promoting the growth and germination of wheat and Cimicifuga foetida L.and Cyperus rotundus L. have the strongest effect on inhibiting the germination of wheat growth.2Studying on tracking on neuroactive components of Lophatherum gracile Brongn., through the first silica gel open column, got7components(from DZY-â… -0to DZY-â… -5), component DZY-â… -5at the concentration of0.02mg/mL has the the strongest activity, the germination energy, the average root length and the average shoot length of the wheat affected by DZY-I-5is1.16,1.51,1.10times of the control group. Isolated by the second silica gel open column, got6samples(from DZY-â…¡-0to DZY-â…¡-5), DZY-â…¡-2at the concentration of0.008mg/mL has the the strongest activity, the germination energy, the germination rate, the average root length, the average shoot length, α-amylase activity and chlorophyll content of the wheat affected by DZY-â…¡-2isl.12,1.11,162,1.11,1.11,1.24times of the control group. Measuring DZY-â…¡-2to GC-MS, found A-6has five active components:C31H50O2, C8H5F4NO, C4H6N4, C8H5F4NO, C18H17N3O5.3Studying on tracking on neuroactive components of Cyperus rotundus L., through the first silica gel open column, got6components(from XF-I-0to XF-I-5), component XF-â… -3at the concentration of0.4mg/mL has the the strongest activity, the germination energy, the average root length, the average shoot length, a-amylase activity, BP eroxidase activity of the wheat affected by XF-â… -3is81.4%,91.7%,95.3%,81.7%,88.4%and85.5%of the control group, isolated by the second silica gel open column, got7samples(from XF-II-0to XF-II-6), XF-â…¡-6at the concentration of0.08mg/mL has the the strongest activity, the germination rate, the average root length, a-amylase activity, BP eroxidase activity and chlorophyll content of the wheat affected by XF-II-6is96.8%,86.6%,82.6%,81.2%and66.3%of the control group. Measuring XF-II-6to GC-MS, foundXF-â…¡-6has four active components:C15H24O, C16H30, C23H32O2, C24H38O4.4Studying on tracking on neuroactive components of Cimicifuga foetida L., through the first silica gel open column, got7components (from SM-I-0to SM-â… -6), component SM-â… -5at the concentration of0.4mg/mL has the the strongest activity, the germination energy, the germination rate, the average root length, the average shoot length, α-amylase activity, BP eroxidase activity and chlorophyll content of the wheat affected by SM-â… I-5is6.7%.31.7%,59.6%,77.0%,0.3%.98.5%and79.1%of the control group. isolated by the second silica gel open column, got5samples(from SM-â…¡-0to SM-â…¡-4), SM-â…¡-1at the concentration of0.08mg/mL has the the strongest activity, the germination rate, the average root length, the average shoot length, BP eroxidase activity and chlorophyll content of the wheat affected by SM-â…¡-1is98.2%,38.0%,73.7%,91.4%and86.6%of the control group.
