Dendrobium candidum is also called the Den.Sharifa Fatimah, belonging to the orchid Dendrobium, Supervenience perennial herbaceous plants, which fresh or dried stem can be used as herbs, the main efficacy composition of polysaccharides and alkaloids.The seed germination rate is quite low through the single cultivation, symbiosis with fungi can sprout. In addition Dendrobium candidum growth in damp environment,natural and artificial cultivation is very slow, harvest yield is low and in short low. In recent years, people has carried out a large number of studies on the rapid propagation, successful differentiation induction and rapid propagation. However, test tube seedling propagation coefficient is high and fast growth, but often active component is low, and have higher plant growth regulators in plant residues, affect drug safety. Tissue culturecan accelerate the breeding and promotion of test-tube seedling growth, increase biological yield quick;the soil cultivation promote the synthesis of active component. This experiment combined with high propagation coefficient, fast growth, soil cultivation conducive to effective composition and drug safety advantages, set up a tin of caulis dendrobii staged training and cultivation mode, set up a tin of caulis dendrobii staged training and cultivation mode1. Spraying nutrient solution contains a lot of elements, once a month with1/3times of the standard solution, best before spraying nutrient solution PH value of5.6.4. Organization culture can speed up the breeding and promotion of test-tube seedlings growth, rapidly increase the biomass production; the soil cultivation promote the synthesis of active component. Combining tissue culture and humus soil cultivation technique, set up iron caulis dendrobii phase type culture and cultivation mode. By further optimization of caulis dendrobii staged training and cultivation mode,will be conducive to improve the Dendrobium candidum medicinal material production.
