In this study,we treat the cucumber with the leach liquor collected from the fresh root and rhizosperic substance by distilled water、ethylalcohol and acetonum and determine the activity changement of the defensive enzyme、chitinase、Beta-1,3-glucanase、indoleacetic acid oxidase、cell wall-degrading enzymes in the leaves, aiming at clarifying the allelopathy mechanism of the fresh root of celery and rhizosperic substance,We began to do the root irrigation treatment with the three leach liquor collected from the fresh root of celery and rhizosperic substance when the cucumber seedlings’first main leaf grow to a certain size.On one day before the treatment and one,five,ten,fifteen and twenty days after the last irrigation, we took the leaf at the same leaf position randomly as material and determine the activity changement of the defensive enzyme、chitinase、Beta-1.3-glucanase、indoleacetic acid oxidase、cell wall-degrading enzymes. The results showed that:After the root-irrigation with the leach liquor extracted fromthe fresh root of celery and rhizospheric soil with different solvent (1) the activities of the defense enzymes in different plants were increased significantly,the enzyme activities were greater than the collation with blank solvent (2) the activities of Beta-1,3-glucanase and chitinase were increased significantly (3) the activity of indoleacetic acid oxidase in the cucumber seedlings was decreased significantly(4)the activities of carboxymethyl cellulase and Beta-glycosidase enzymes were decreased significantly.The rangeability of each index showed the following patterns:the ones under the treatment with cetone extract were larger than the ones under the treatment with ethanol leaching solution, the ones under the treatment with ethanol leaching solution were larger than the ones under the treatment with distilled water leaching solution, the ones under the treatment with fresh root extract were larger than the ones under the treatment with fresh root extract rhizosphere leaching solution.The results illustrated that the resistance to the blight of cucumber could be enhanced significantly under the treatment of the three leach liquor extracted from celery.The mechanism of the allelopathy with the leach liquor extracred from celery to blight was further explained.
