The Study On Penicillium And Oligochitosan On Apple Tree Canker Prevention And Control

The apple tree canker is one of the important diseases of fruit trees in north China of our country.Due to its wide distribution, difficult to cure,high recurrence,etc,restricted the fruit trees in north China economic development.With the development of agricultural science and technology,method of prevention and control of the disease,also in constant improvement,the traditional way gradually to be replaced,the concept of biological control has been widely accepted.Many studies have shown that,penicillin can be effective prevention and treatment of the disease,Penicillin is mainly produced by penicillium.This paper mainly using penicillium and oligochitosans combined to rot prevention and control of the apple tree,Research on the influence of temperature to rot fungus,oligochitosans with different concentrations of penicillium combination influence each other and to rot fungus pectin enzyme and the activity of defense enzymes affect,penicillium and oligochitosans combined effects on disease spot healing and field control effect,the following conclusions:(1)Baotou area generally for one week after the qingming festival (around April11to April20) for optimum control period, wulanchabu area generally is one week after the grain rain (around April26to May5) as the best control period.(2)Oligochitosans of penicillium mycelium growth has inhibitory effect,oligochitosans play bacteriostasis shell has certain persistence. When oligochitosan concentration higher than0.125%,completely inhibited penicillium mycelium growth. Oligochitosans of penicillium fungus spore germination has inhibition effect,0.05%of the shell oligochitosans can be completely inhibited spore germination.So choose oligochitosans combined with penicillium, make it play a good role,oligochitosan concentration by0.05%in the control range.(3)0.01%oligochitosans combined with penicillium potions can significantly reduce the activity of pectinase in rotten skin,and can significantly improve the activity of defense enzymes.(4) oligochitosans+0.01%penicillium+artificial bark combination treatment can effectively promote the healing of disease spot, and the best control effect.Apple tree canker has good cure effect in Wulanchabu area and the baotou area.
