Apple tree canker also called rotten skin disease, which is one of main diseases of fruit tree plant in North, and its harm is extremely serious. Moreover, the scope is widespread and it exists from the sapling to the senile tree in different degree. Apple tree canker is the main reason of the dead shoot, the dead tree and destroying the garden, which also blocked the development of the north of fruit tree seriously. The penicillin is one kind of new plant growth regulaors in production, Penicillium chrysogenum production of penicillin mold as the main raw material has also been applied to production. In this paper, the Inner Mongolian gardening demonstration garden's jinhong apple was the trial materials and discusses on separation and appraisal of pathogens; Penicillium chrysogenum's character observation; The effect of different the reagent of no-agricultural chemical to resistance of emzyme at the tree body; The effect of different the reagent of no-agricultural chemical to Pectinase; Healing effect of the reagent of no-agricultural chemical to scaling the wound of the rotten sickness and the reagent of no-agricultural chemical prevented pathogens infection and the field efficacy trials. The results were as follow as:1. The Inner Mongolian gardening demonstration garden was gotten Basing on tan oak heyer's method, then which was known as Cytospora sp.2. Selected two Penicillium chrysogenums, numbering is 3.2533,3.0520, on the PDA, the faster growth of hypae was observed than on the other mediums and the hyphae was quicker and stronger at 26-28℃.3. The penicillin fluid at concentrations of 8000, 12000 and16000, and two penicillium chrysogenum's colature at medium of different sugar source all can improve the activeness of POD, PPO, PAL, CAT, but with the rot increasing, enzyme activity has gradually decreased, the results showed that there was a positive correlation between the tree body's disease resistance and the tree vigor. The reagent 1 of on-agricultural (sugar source is Oligosaccharide)can improve the activeness of POD significantly; The reagent 2 of on-agricultural(sugar source is Oligosaccharide) can improve the activeness of PPO significantly; 12,000unit sper Liter. can improve the activeness of PAL and CAT significantly.4. Afer spurtoning the sick tree body which suppressed the pectolase activeness effectively, Specially 12,000 units per Liter processing, which reduced the pectolase's activeness 0.18 time to comparison.5. Experimental result in the field expressed the reagent 1 of on-agricultural prevented pathogens infection effectively and promoted the wound of healing. Healing rate of scaring to sick scar was 44.46%, and the relative preventing effect achieved 80.44%, the recurring rate of scaring illness scar was only 5%.
