Research On Countermeasures Of Development Of Agricultural Mechanization In Jinhua City

Agricultural mechanization is an important part of the modernization of agriculture and logo, as agricultural machinery, a kind of important tool for agricultural production, is generally considered as representative of advanced productive forces and an important scientific and technological productivity which promotes agricultural production and rural economic development. In recent years, it has been established that Agricultural Machinery Promotion Law and Advice on the Promotion of the Good and Fast Development of Agricultural Mechanization and Agricultural Machinery Industry, meanwhile the purchase of agricultural subsidies and other policies and regulations have been implemented. It is concluded that development of agricultural mechanization in the agricultural modernization gradually receive attention.Now Wenzhou vigorously promotes the strategic restructuring of agriculture on the premise of maintenance of food production and market oriented, so agricultural transformation and upgrading has taken solid steps. Owing to development strategy implementation by agricultural machinery departments, the city’s agriculture show a continued, healthy and rapid development.Firstly, according to the relation of agricultural mechanization and agricultural modernization, this paper focuses on her status and level of agricultural mechanization development from agricultural machinery equipment, etc in segmental analysis of the development process and characteristics of agricultural mechanization in Wenzhou. Secondly, this paper analyzes the problems influencing the development of agricultural mechanization in Wenzhou, such as irrational structure of agricultural machinery equipment. Thirdly, according to domestic and international relevant experience, it puts forwards to suggestions on the promotion of agricultural mechanization development in Wenzhou, including that encouraging and guiding farmers to use high-performance, multi-function double operating machinery, further improving the level of agricultural machinery of mountainous and semi-mountainous region, and increasing the technological level of agricultural employees and so on.
