Status Analysis And Countermeasures Study On The Development Of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives In Yangquan City

Agricultural machinery professional cooperative is a kind of agricultural machinery management mode,which affects the development speed of agricultural mechanization.From the statistical data of the whole province,Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives complete two-thirds of the operation area of the whole province with one-third of the fixed assets of agricultural machinery in the whole province,and win more than 60% of the operation income of agricultural machinery in the whole province.This shows that the status and role of agricultural machinery cooperatives in the development of Agricultural Mechanization in the whole province is the "main force and backbone force" of agricultural production.Based on the understanding of the development process of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives,referring to the establishment and operation rules of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives at home and abroad,and the development status of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives in Shanxi Province,this paper takes Yangquan City as the key research object,and based on the development status of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives,finds out and analyzes the existing problems,In order to provide reference for promoting the development of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives in Yangquan City,feasible development countermeasures were formulated.Yangquan city is located in the east of Shanxi Province,agricultural machinery professional cooperatives is the main mode of agricultural machinery management in Yangquan City.According to the survey,by the end of 2019,the total power of the city’s agricultural machinery is about 350000 k W,the number of tractors is 9477,and 10468 agricultural machines and tools are equipped with tractors.The mechanization level of the city is 67.6%.Through the analysis of the development status of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives in Yangquan City,it is found that the main problems of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives in Yangquan City are as follows: it is difficult to implement the subsidy policy for agricultural machinery operation,the infrastructure construction lags behind,the professional and technical personnel are lack,the land resources are unevenly distributed,and the operation funds are short.These factors not only affect the development of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives in Yangquan City,but also affect the development of "three rural" construction in Yangquan City.In view of the existing problems of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives in Yangquan City,combined with the local actual situation,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures to promote the steady development of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives in Yangquan City: formulate supporting policies for Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives,improve infrastructure construction,strengthen technical personnel training,promote land system reform,expand financing channels,and carry out the construction of smart agricultural machinery.In this paper,the development status of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives in Yangquan city is investigated and analyzed,which has a very important guiding significance to promote the development of Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives in Yangquan City.In the face of the new situation,we should further improve the agricultural machinery professional cooperatives,continuously improve the service ability of agricultural machinery,continuously promote the upgrading of agricultural mechanization level,fully implement the service mechanism of "full mechanization + comprehensive farming",and gradually establish the Intelligent Agricultural Machinery.
