Aiming at the problems in agricultural production of agricultural waste on theenvironment pollution and waste of resources,we were studied on wild Sophoraalopecuroides as raw material,using stalk rotten agent for pick up bacteria agent,notadding straw composting inoculants as control,the composting experiments for90days,without adding straw composting inoculants for TC,add straw compostinginoculants for TM. Changes of retting liquid fertilizer organic fertilizer in the processof nutrient、pH、EC、etc. It nature of the change rule is studied,and the pot experimentwas used to study the wild sophora alopecuroides compost on grain yield and qualityof soil nutrient content,spinach,the influence of the nutrient concentration and thenitrate content.The experiment used Xinjiang wild Sophora alopecuroides as material,accordingto process mode of add and without straw inoculants set up2processing(TC and TM).The pot experiment set up12processing on the basic of bulking agent use andfertilizer gradient change in addition to contrast (CK) treatment.Research show thatthe same retting time and conditions,the variation trend of two different pH,lowestTC compost liquid pH at5.8.Processing TM compost liquid pH basic changesbetween6.12~8.10.Liquid processing TM compost EC value than TC significantlyreduced. Processing TM compost liquid organic carbon content in the biggest drop in15~60d,at this stage of organic carbon content is reduced by35.01%. Has the highesttotal nitrogen content in liquid processing TM compost is121.03g/kg,30d appearedearlier than dealing with TC,highest total phosphorus content is14.13g/kg,86.17%higher than dealing with TC,15d appeared in advance.Two different treatment nosignificant difference between the highest total potassium content.Highest processingTC available nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen content than TM is higher than8.01%and17.50%,respectively in30d.Processing TM of nitrate nitrogen content than the TC ishigher,the highest content was4.35%,the difference in90d.Processing TM’s highestavailable total p content is59.52%higher than dealing with TC,in45d. Thus the wildSophora alopecuroides compost nutrient concentrations,compost time for45d,fermentation to arrive at the best state.Two different processing compost can significantly increase the soil availablenutrients of N、P、K content,the processing of TM soil nitrogen,phosphorus andpotassium content,respectively,compared with a control increases by3.74%,41.12%,13.27%,41.12%and13.27%—66.99%.Handle the TC soil nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content,respectively,compared with a control increases by10.28%,37.38%,7.69%,37.38%,14.54%,64.99%.Other than contrast increasedsignificantly after applying compost organic matter content in soil. Wild Sophora alopecuroides compost control in60d nutrient concentration andvolume200ml fertilizer fertilizer effect is very outstanding,can significantly improvethe spinach in the nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and other nutrient content,and canobviously promote the growth of spinach,and significantly improve spinach’sbiomass and sugar content,and fertilization earlier,spinach,sugar content increaselarger to increase production.After treated with different compost fertilization,spinach,total nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the body of60d contentcompared with CK higher60%,50%and60%respectively.In addition,compared with the treatment TC,add straw inoculants did notsignificantly affect on the pH value of soil、the yield of spinach,nutrient content likeN、P、K、sugar、nitrate potency and the content of soil available potassium.
