Based on Aksu agricultural science and technology park as the research site, with ash of8Chinese jujube as test object, using field plot test methods on the impact of deficit irrigation on physiological ecological jujube test. In this paper, the water deficit treatment under the condition of Chinese jujube physiological response mechanism was studied. Mainly studied the water consumption of Chinese jujube of drip irrigation under the condition of different water deficit treatment characteristics, and different water deficit treatment jujube physiological and ecological index, yield, dry matter accumulation quantity of new tips, the influence of the water use efficiency and quality, and comprehensive water saving, high yield, high efficiency and high quality jujube appropriate water deficit irrigation system. This paper has achieved the following results:(1) The processing during the period of water deficit, as the degree of water deficit, the smaller the water consumption; The water deficit treatment water consumption ability between50cm and80cm more than the control after water.(2) Comprehensive water saving, high yield, high efficiency and high quality, etc. analyzed the flowering mild water deficit treatment for optimal irrigation treatment. Thus the optimal scheme of red jujube water deficit is:bud exhibition leaf stage irrigation quota of450m3/hm2water cycle is15days; Flowering irrigation quota of300m3/hm2, water cycle for10days; Fruit enlargement stage irrigation quota of450m3/hm2, water cycle for8days; Mature irrigation quota of450m3/hm2, water cycle is15days; Irrigation quota of5250m3/hm2.(3)Soil water deficit degree of bud leaf stage, flowering and maturity appropriate increase will not pose a threat to jujube yield and water use efficiency under the condition.
