Pinus elliotti、masson pine、Cryptomeria、China fir is common in our country fourkinds of needle tree species, is an important green and economic tree species. Seed vigorof high and low has the very vital significance for forest trees, high vitality of forest treeseeds means that trees can better germination and growth, and better ability to resistadversity. Mainly use the magnetic effect of the magnetic field to magnetic fieldtreatment technology of plant seeds or seedlings, cause the processing plant in thephysiological and biochemical indicators to the favorable direction. At present, themagnetic field treatment technology after seeds as a kind of important processingtechnology is widely used and the field of agriculture and forestry, has made a series ofachievements.This thesis selected pinus elliottii and pinus massoniana, Japanese cedar, fir andother four kinds of conifer, in different magnetic field strength (0.2T,0.4T,0.6T,0.8Tand1.0T) of the magnetic field of dealing with the specific time (60s,120s and180s,240s and300s,300s) after the germination test and determination of a series ofphysiological and biochemical indexes. Based on seed germination rate and the CAT, POD,SOD, MDA content, seed soaking liquid of electrical conductivity, soluble sugar contentand index analysis of magnetic field effects on the above tree seeds. Preliminaryscreening out the optimal combination of the magnetic field intensity and disposal timelength, for the follow-up related research and application to carry on the beneficialexploration.1. The seeds of pinus elliottii magnetic treatment after a certain time, itsphysiological and biochemical indicators have different degrees of change, each index ofseed, germination rate in the magnetic field of0.6T, the processing time for the240swhen the maximum78.36%than the control group increased by45.90%;0.6T, CATactivity in the240s maximum47.29mg/(g· min) than in control increased by36.84%;0.6T, POD activity in the300s maximum285.31U/mg is12.26%higher than that ofcontrol; SOD activity in the300s maximum0.6T,0.6U/mg is38.91%higher than ck;Seeds, cut down the content of MDA under magnetic field treatment on0.6T and thedecrease of the240s largest share, compared with decreased by47.19%; Seed soaking liquid of conductivity in0.4T,360s dropped57.21%than ck; Seeds under0.4T,360sdeal with soluble sugar content of up to179.04mg/g ratio increased by45.88%.Magnetic field intensity is0.8T,1.0T for seed has certain harm, and the damageintensifies with longer processing time.2. Masson pine seed magnetic treatment after a certain time, its physiological andbiochemical indicators have different degrees of change, each index of seed, germinationrate in the magnetic field of0.6T, the processing time for the360s when the maximum79.15%than the control group increased by55.60%;0.6T, CAT activity in the240smaximum27.31mg/(g· min) than in control increased by47.94%;0.6T, POD activityin the240s maximum167.87U/mg is43.06%higher than that of control; SOD activity inthe300s maximum0.6T,0.6U/mg is50.61%higher than ck; Seeds, cut down thecontent of MDA under magnetic field treatment on0.6T and the decrease of the240slargest share, compared with decreased by52.87%; Seed soaking liquid conductivity on0.6T,300s to31.45%; Seeds under0.6T,240s deal with soluble sugar content of up to149.64mg/g ratio increased by60.70%. Magnetic field intensity is0.8T,1.0T for seedhas certain harm, and the damage intensifies with longer processing time.3. Japanese cedar seed magnetic treatment after a certain time, its physiological andbiochemical indicators have different degrees of change, each index of seed, germinationrate in0.6T magnetic field, while240s maximum50.34%than the control groupincreased by66.97%;0.6T, CAT activity in the240s maximum31.48mg/(g· min)than in control increased by37.84%;0.6T, POD activity in the360s maximum62.17U/mg is44.15%higher than that of control; SOD activity in the300s maximum0.6T,0.6U/mg is56.90%higher than ck; Seeds, cut down the content of MDA under magneticfield treatment on0.6T and the decrease of the240s largest share, compared withdecreased by41.63%; Seed soaking liquid of conductivity in0.6T,300s dropped37.96%than ck; Seeds under0.6T,300s deal with soluble sugar content of up to42.87mg/gratio increased by91.64%. Magnetic field intensity is0.8T,1.0T for seed has certainharm, and the damage intensifies with longer processing time.4. Chinese fir seed magnetic treatment after a certain time, its physiological andbiochemical indicators have different degrees of change, each index of seed, germination rate in the magnetic field of0.6T, the processing time for the360s when the maximum70.69%than the control group increased by54.76%;0.6T, CAT activity in the240smaximum37.94mg/(g· min) than in control increased by52.56%;0.6T, POD activityin the240s maximum168.57U/mg is43.91%higher than that of control; SOD activity inthe360s maximum0.6T,0.6U/mg is46.95%higher than ck; Seeds, cut down thecontent of MDA under magnetic field treatment on0.6T and the decrease of the240slargest share, compared with decreased by39.28%; Seed soaking liquid of conductivityin0.6T,360s dropped29.93%than ck; Seeds under0.6T,360s deal with soluble sugarcontent of up to80.35mg/g ratio increased by74.94%. Magnetic field intensity is0.8T,1.0T for seed has certain harm, and the damage intensifies with longer processing time.
