In this experiment,the seeds of Allium mongolicum seeds stored for 3,5 and 7 years were used as experimental materials,and Ce3+(CeCl3),VC(Active oxygen inhibitor),caspase-3 inhibitor(Ac-DEVD-CHO),VC+Ce3+and caspase-3 inhibitor+Ce3+ was used for seed soaking treatment to determine its germination index,ion content,antioxidant enzyme system,cytochrome c content,caspase-3 enzyme activity,MAPK3 enzyme activity and other physiological indexes,to study the effect of Ce3+ and inhibitors on aging Allium mongolicum seeds.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.Different treatments have a promoting effect on the germination indexes of Allium mongolicum seeds stored for 3 and 5 years,but have little effect on the germination indexes of Allium mongolicum seeds stored for 7 years.The VC+Ce3+ treatment significantly increased the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of Allium mongolicum seeds stored for 3 years.Compared with CK,they were significantly increased by 1.19 times,3.33 times,1.38 times and 1.36 times.Caspase-3 inhibitor treatment has the best effect on the treatment of Allium mongolicum seeds stored for 5 years.Compared with CK,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index are significantly increased by 1.27 times,2.56 times,1.93 times and 1.56 times.2.Both Ce3+ and caspase-3 inhibitor+Ce3+ treatments can increase the relative content of Na,P,S and K in each part of Allium mongolicum seeds in different storage years.VC treatment has no effect on the relative content of elements.Caspase-3 inhibitor treatment can promote the absorption of the relative content of P elements in each part,and can increase the relative content of S and K elements after 3 years of storage.The VC+Ce3+ treatment promotes the absorption of the relative content of P and S elements.3.Ce3+ treatment can significantly increase the SOD and APX enzyme activities of Allium mongolicum seeds with different storage years.Different treatments can increase the POD and CAT enzyme activities of Allium mongolicum seeds with different storage years.Each treatment can increase the activities of Allium mongolicum seeds stored for 7 years.The effect of antioxidant enzyme activity is better.4.Different treatments can reduce the O2·-production rate of Allium mongolicum seeds with different storage years.The Ce3+ treatment did not reduce the H2O2 content,while other treatments could reduce the H2O2 content of Allium mongolicum seeds stored for 7 years.Ce3+ treatment can reduce the MDA content of Allium mongolicum seeds of different ages,and other treatments have little effect on reducing the MDA content.5.Ce3+ treatment,VC+Ce3+ treatment and caspase-3 inhibitor+Ce3+treatment can all increase caspase-3 enzyme activity,cytochrome c content,and MAPK3 enzyme activity.However,VC treatment and caspase-3 inhibitor treatment can reduce caspase-3 enzyme activity,cell color c content,and MAPK3 enzyme activity.
