The effects of attractants, which were produced by the waste of brewer yeast thatdigested by the autolysis protease, on Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel) was studied.theresearch work includes:factor of influence of the process autolysis and enzymolysisof the waste beer yeast, enhanec the method of fragmentation rate of cells.1. The choice of the density on the process of autolysis: after motionless24h ofthe waste beer yeast, there be appear with obivious layered, as the test material ofyeast mud of the below,100%percent of the yeast mud.2. This be filtrated with the sundries of hops resin、chip etc. of through screeningand dispose, study found that, sieve twice of through griddle, will be the yeast ofmilky、uniform.3. The most suitable quantity with the accelerarant autolysis of table salt:underthe condition of the concentration is three of table salt of100%percent of the yeastmud, physical character very mellow, protein content is46.01mg/mL, and a lureefficiency of the optimum.4. It can shorten working hours of autolysis with mechanical smash cells of yeast,the test compared with three methods: ultrasonic crushing method、multigelation、hight-temperature processing. Study found that: the best effect of cell disruption withmultigelation(-55℃,50℃) for five times. Under the condition of hight-temperaturethe best effect of cell disruption is85℃、10h. Under the condition of ultrasonic thebest effect of cell disruption is6Φ、20min.5. The condition of most optimum of autolysis waste beer yeast that:proteincontent is109.5mg/mL and a lure efficiency of the optimum when50℃oftemperature. protein content and lure efficiency of the optimum when pH8.5-9.0.protein content and lure efficiency of the optimum when32h of enzymolysis. 6. Improve the rate of autolysis of waste beer yeast with add enzyme preparation,filter condition of enzymolysis papain found:protein content is24.12mg/mL、78.37mg/mL、81.56mg/mL、70.38mg/mL and lure efficiency of the optimum when pH7、60℃、0.2%amount of enzyme、32h of enzymolysis.7.
