The design is based on the theory of sustainable forest management and close-to-naturalforest management theory, followed the law of forest growth, development, succession, byscientific controlling the forest ecosystem, reasonable managing and tending the forest,optimizing stand spatial structure, improving stand quality, advancing tree growth, increasingforest productivity, enhancing forest ecosystem resistance ability, maintaining the health offorest ecosystem, retaining the biodiversity and service function of forest ecosystem,increasing ecological benefits, sociological benefits and economic benefits, playing a part inpromoting the sustainable coordinate development of society, environment and economy.By survey, analyze and evaluate natural situation, stand condition and naturalregeneration of the forest tending district, completed the design of the forest tending projectof Pinus armandii, Pinus tabulaeformis and Larix gmelinii forests in Huoditang forest region,monitoring the result of forest tending thinning.1. Stand spatial structure optimization design: This paper focus on optimizing the standspatial structure of Pinus armandii, Pinus tabulaeformis forest. By forest managing, increasingthe mean neighborhood pattern of Pinus armandii forest from0.448to0.481, the standhorizontal distribution is more close to random, increasing the mingling of Pinus armandiiforest from0.767to0.808, increasing the mean neighborhood pattern of Pinus tabulaeformisforest from0.470to0.476, no significant change, but the stand horizontal distribution is moreclose to random, increasing the mingling of Pinus tabulaeformis forest from0.424to0.492,optimizing the stand spatial structure.2.Ascertain the tending pattern, tending method, tending intension and tending interval:tending of health apply in Pinus armandii and Larix gmelinii forests, synthetic thinning applyin Pinus tabulaeformis, a Picea asperata and Abies fabric, Betula albo-sinensis, Softbroad-leaved and Tsuga chinensis forests,tending thining-shrub cutting apply in Pinustabulaeformis, Picea asperta and Abies fabric and Tsuga chinensis forest,Shrubcutting-pruning apply in Betula albo-sinensisi and Soft broad-leaved forest, volume tendingintension of Pinus tabulaeformis forest is8%~10%,tree number tending intension of Pinustabulaeformis forest is10%~12%, volume tending intension of Pinus armandii forest is10%~17%, tree number tending intension of Pinus armandii is12%~20%, volume tendingintension of Larix gmelinii forest is10%~12%, tree number tending intension of Larix gmelinii forest is12%~15%,volume tending intension of Picea asperata and Abies fabricforest is8%~10%k tree number tending intension of Picea asperata and Abies fabric is10%~12%,volume tending intension of Tsuga chinesis is8%~10%, tree tending intensionof Tsuga chinesis is10%~12%, Betula albo-sinensis and Soft broad-leaved forest is tendingwithout thinning, tending interval of Pinus tabulaeformis, Picea asperata and Abies fabric,Betula albo-sinensis, Tsuga chinesis and Soft broad-leaved forest is5years, tending intervalof Pinus armandii and Larix gmelinii forest is10years, according the stand types and measuredemand of forest tending district.3.Monitor result of tending: set test and compare permanent sample area on25and26compartment, using photosynthesis equipment, portable atmosphere monitor equipment andcarbon analyzer measure the forest ecological environment, stand factors, forest heathycondition and forest ecological functions of forest tending district.
