Juglans regia L. is an important quality nuts and woody oil trees, as one of the world’s fourmajor dried fruit,it also have high economic value. In recent years, with the development of Juglans regia L.industry, Juglans regia L.well-bred seedlings breeding has become restriction of Juglans regia L.industrial development. Juglans regia L.strees mainly ues the grafting reproduction, in the grafting reproduction, good root stock is the key of the grafts take.Taking yunnan iron Juglans regia L.scion as materials, using hormone treatment trails, aimed to provide theoretical and technical support for Juglans regia L.fine root stock breeding, at the same time find out several root stock inclusions, hormone treatment and provide theoretical and technical guidance for Juglans regia L.grafting. The results are as follows:(1) The impact of hormones on the the Juglans regia L.seedlings roughness growthGibberellin had no obvious effect on growth in roughness; Multi-effect azole in400mg/L, the effect on growth of Juglans regia L.seedlings roughness is the most obvious; Combination of two hormones, in gibberellin concentration of400mg/L and multi-effect azole concentration of200mg/L, has the most significant effect of Juglans regia L.seedlings enlargement.(2) The impact of hormone treatment on the Juglans regia L.malondialdeyde contentGibberellin impact on Juglans regia L.malondialdeyde content is not very significant, and MDA content increased slightly with increasing concentration; MET pairs of Juglans regia L.malondialdeyde content very obvious, pp333200mg/L malondialdehyde has maximum content; joint action of the two hormones, gibberellin concentration with paclobutrazol300mg/L,600mg/L, reaching a maximum content of MDA, the gibberellin concentration of200mg/L and pp333500mg/L, reaching a minimum value of MDA content.(3) The impact of hormone treatment on Juglans regia L.leaf protein contentThe effect of gibberellin on Juglans regia L.leaf protein content, with the increase of the concentration of gibberellin, value Juglans regia L.leaf protein content gradually decreased, the minimum value and then increased slightly, water controled protein content is maximum, gibberellin is300mg/L, to achieve minimum protein content; Two kinds of hormone combination on Juglans regia L.leaf protein content, the influence of the multi-effect azole and gibberellin reach maximum is200mg/L, in multi-effect azole is500mg/L and gibberellin concentration of800mg/L, at a minimum.(4) hormone treatment on the influence of Juglans regia L.leaf chlorophyll contentThe effect of gibberellin on Juglans regia L.leaf chlorophyll content is increase with the increasing of concentration of gibberellin, Juglans regia L.leaf chlorophyll content increased gradually, the middle a little twists and turns, when ga3concentration of1000mg/L to achieve maximum Juglans regia L.leaf chlorophyll content; Multi-effect azole influence on Juglans regia L.leaf chlorophyll content, along with the multi-effect azole, increased concentration of first step down to the lowest point, and then quickly rose to the highest point, the multi-effect azole for300mg/L hit bottom and peak at400mg/L;Two hormones of the common processing, on multi-effect azole is500mg/L and gibberellin is1000mg/L when maximum, in multi-effect azole is200mg/L and gibberellin is600mg/L when the minimum value.(5) The effects of hormone treatment on Juglans regia L.leaf soluble sugar contentThe effect of gibberellin on Juglans regia L.leaf soluble sugar content, with the increase of the concentration of gibberellin, the soluble sugar rose to the highest first, and then gradually decreased to the lowest, then quickly climb to high value and tends to be stable, gibberellin concentration of200mg/L and600mg/L, respectively, the maximum and minimum of the soluble sugar content;Juglans regia L.of leaf soluble sugar content, the influence of the multi-effect azole, increased concentration of soluble sugar content is basic stable, multi-effect azole separate effect on Juglans regia L.leaf soluble sugar content is not significant; Multi-effect azole together with gibberellin treatment on Juglans regia L.leaf soluble sugar content, the influence of multi-effect azole is400mg/L with gibberellic acid more than400mg/L every different concentration was higher on Juglans regia L.leaf soluble sugar content.(6) The impact of hormones on the Juglans regia L.leaf starch contentThe effect of gibberellin on Juglans regia L.leaf starch content, with the increase of the concentration of gibberellin, the starch content drops gradually, then to the minimum after quickly rises to the maximum, gibberellin is600mg/L and100mg/L to get the minimum and maximum respectively; Leaves of Juglans regia L.starch content, the influence of the multi-effect azole, increased concentration of starch content fell to the lowest point first, and then gradually increased to the highest point and leveled off, multi-effect azole is100mg/L and300mg/L when get minimum and maximum; Gibberellin and leaves work together on Juglans regia L.starch content, the influence of multi-effect azole is200mg/L, with gibberellic acid400mg/L when get maximum starch content, in multi-effect azole is200mg/L, with the increase of the gibberellin, the starch content in standard parabolic.
