This paper analyses the domestic and overseas about greenhouse construction and thedesigning loads standard of the industry and civil constrution in China,to provide the loadscaculation methods to adapt to the solar greenhouse in Xin-jiang.And with the SAS soft andsystematic cluster method to cluster the region of the solar greenhouse in Xin-jiang with theindex of the solar greeenhouse’s loads and its harmful combination.The result is:Five regionscan be clustered for the solar greenhouse in Xin-jiang.This paper according to the growth turning point and season of the thermophilicvegetables,uses the maximum capture light theroy of the solar greenhouse and increasing theback walls’ capacity of the absorption of heat,to establish the theory and method of theoptimization design of the integral construction size and reasonable curvilinear roof shape inthe solar greenhouse.With it’s foundation,this research develops the according soft with theVB6.0language programme.It can provide scientific and fast direction for the design andconstruction of the fundamental size in the solar greenhouse.This paper selects one strong representative from the each of the five different regions inXin-jiang and uses ANSYS10.0finite element software to simulate and analyse mechanicscapability of the diferent ventral pole angles under the snow combination loads and windcombination loads.And it checks the intensity and stability of the constructional elements toconfirm the proper ventral pole angles for the different regions.And with satisfying theintensity and stability demand and reaching the low dosage of the steel,this paper ascertainsthe optima design scheme for the solar greenhouse in Xin-jiang five regions.With the basic of the construction size and reasonable curvilinear roof shape,this paper isusing the full stress theory of the topological optimization with the reference of the uper stringcurve and its bending moment envelope diagram to design the structure of the solargreenhouse, and to obtain a new model of security and economy of the solar greenhouse.Thisnew model has several advantages:(1)The materials of the using for the greehouse are reducedby2.9%;(2)The stress value is approximate to1×108Pa—2×108Pa;(3)The point of thewelding is much more less than the traditional solar greenhouse;It is easy that worker tomanipulate and reduces damages by much more point of the welding.
