The nighttime temperature of winter in Xin Jiang is low. When using solar greenhouse production in winter, it is necessary to raise the temperature to maintain the temperature inside the greenhouse in greenhouse and to meet the needs of crop growth in greenhouse.Traditional methods of heating stove includes various aspects, like coal-fired boilers, electric heaters, electric heating hot line that will consume large amounts of electricity or fossil fuels. However, fossil fuel combustion also produces several harmful gases such as CO, SO2, NOx., which is a serious threat to people’s daily lives. Environmental pollution and fossil fuel crisis have become two major factors restricting the development of greenhouse in Xin Jiang in high latitude area. Based on the development and utilization of solar energy in greenhouses, this paper aims to reduce the use of fossil fuels in order to promote the development of sunlight greenhouse in high latitudes.Based on flat set hot device of set hot principle, the author has determined the thermal efficiency of glass, PC Sun Board, and plastic film under different flow rate.The result shows that the combination of tempered glass as transparent collector cover materials and a flow rate in 0.350L/s can get the instantaneous efficiency higher than other combinations as it can get the biggest heat to 15.6MJ/m2, which will lay a theoretical basis of actual production.The optimal combination of flat plate collectors is applied in greenhouse production and the test has formulated three execution strategies of the collector system.The first is that the collector system will open when the difference in temperature between air in the collector and tank water is 25 degrees; and the collector system will stop when the difference is 6 degrees.The second is that the water will circulate for5 minutes if heating water for 30 minutes; The last is continuous cycle collector from 11:00 to 17:30. The result shows that continuous cycle collector can get maximum daily calories to 206 MJ / m2, which can save21.7kg coal daily. And its instantaneous efficiency equation is η=0.476-5.01(Tf,i-Tα)/I.
