The inshore cultivation is a traditional breeding pattern of aquatic commercial animals. It has become a main pattern gradually in china with less investment and fast returns. On the other hand, with the development of human societies, the demand of resources has got more and more attention,so the inshore resources had been explored seriously. In recent years, a lot of fortune, human and material resources were used to develop the the Offshore Engineering Projects. For example, the construction of artificial island, reclamation of land from the sea, extraction of oil from the ocean platform, establish the tunnel for relief the heavy traffic and the construction of wind power. A series of these offshore engineering projects must conflict with the inshore cultivation. In this paper, s three kinds of Sinusoidual waves with three main different frequencies (80hz,178hz and750hz respectively) of wind powert were chosen in the experiment which as a most typical Offshore Engineering Project in china. The sound pressure level was controlled at the range of85±5db. This paper investigate and compare the change of the behavior、respiratory metabolism and immune enzyme of sea cucumber(Apostichopus japonicus) under the influence of sound waves with three different frequencies. This paper is consisted of six chapters according to the theories and experiments. The first chapter mainly focus on the basic information of wind power in china, the second chapter give some knowledge of sea cucumber. In the third, fourth and fifth chapter, the technology of Experimental Ecology was used to investigate and compare the change of the MAR,oxygen consumption rate, ammonia excretion rate, antioxidant enzyme (CAT and SOD) and the concentration of MDA of the young sea cucumberi(Apostichopus japonicus). The last chapter draws the conclusion and suggestion. In the first chapter, the offshore wind power has been described. It tend to show that the selection of the wind power and the inshore cultivation have something in common, which further demonstrate the necessity and adaptability of this research. In the third chapter, MAR was used to investigate the behavior of the young holothurian. The result showed that the young holothurian has sensitive response under the frequency of sound wave was178Hz, but has no response under the frequency of sound wave was80Hz and750Hz. Under the frequency of sound wave was178Hz, the young holothurian are tend to crawl away from the sound source. In the fourth chapter, the oxygen consumption rate and the ammonia excretion rate has been chosen as two kind of evaluation index to describe the respiratory metabolism of the the young holothurian. The result showed that the oxygen consumption rate and the ammonia excretion rate of these three group were significantly lower than the control group. In the fifth chapter, the activity of CAT and SOD while the concentration of MDA has been chosen as the evaluation index of Immunity. In the treatment of sound wave with80Hz, the activities of catalase (CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were markedly lower than those in control group (P<0.05) at the end of the experime nt, while the concentration of MDA was almost the same as that in the control group (P>0.05). In the treatment of sound wave with178Hz, the activities of CAT were markedly higher than those in control group (P<0.05) at the end of the experiment, while the activities of SOD and the concentration of MDA was almost the same as that in the control group (P>0.05). In the treatment of sound wave with80Hz, the activities of SOD were markedly lower than those in control group (P<0.05) at the end of the experiment, while the concentration of MDA and the activities of CAT was almost the same as that in the control group (P>0.05).In the last chapter, the author draws the conclusion of the paper and gives some suggestions to future researches.
