Bee pollen is the male reproductive cells, contains various nutrients required forplant breeding offspring, known as the "micro nutrition library".from the bee pollenidentified the flavonoids, polysaccharides, amino acids, protein, vitamins, traceelements, active enzyme, lipid, nucleic acid and other chemical composition, and onits pharmacological effects are also studied.Due to pollen outside the cell membrane with a thick layer of cell wall, is notconducive to full release active ingredients in the cell. Cell wall-breaking techniqueis to put the plant cell wall, make the effective component inside the cells in thedamaged cases completely released. Now common pollen wall-breaking method are:physical method, chemical method and biological method.
