Rural harmony is the foundation and the key to building a harmonioussociety, is the process of China’s modernization. Long-term since, the problemsof agriculture, rural areas, farmers has been the decision of the key problem ofChina’s process of building a well-off society and modernization, the fundamentalproblem is the overall work of the party and the state.In this paper, the research on agricultural science and technology informationdissemination channels, ways and measures, for the influence factors ofinformation dissemination of agricultural science and technology in the practice，the theoretical analysis and empirical research, can be divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and research ideas of thisarticle and systematically sorts out and summarizes the related theory and researchachievement of scholars. The second chapter clarifies the theory of harmoniousrural science and technology information in the construction of communication，through observation and data analysis methods from the angle of history and realityinquires into the harmonious rural construction of interaction and dissemination oftechnological information, and points out that the agricultural science andtechnology information dissemination is helpful to improve the ideological andcultural quality of farmers. The third chapter mainly introduces the currentsituation of rural science and technology information dissemination and empiricalinvestigation, analysis of the current situation and existing problems. The fourthchapter from the horizontal and vertical aspects to explain the agricultural science and technology information propagation path.
