Agricultural Science And Technology Park is a modern form of agricultural organization which is developing rapidly in recent years and its operation and management mode fully capitalized on the modern information technology. It’s a kind of new agricultural economic development model in the era of agricultural technology which has explored a new agricultural operation mechanism which combined scientific research, demonstration, promotion and production for agricultural modernization in our country in the future.Because of the 3S (Geographic Information System, Remote Sensing, Global Positioning System) and Internet technology has been widely used in recent years and the development, these provide strong technical support for information management of agricultural science and technology park. GPS technology can provide accurate target positioning, complex agricultural regionalization and ensure agricultural regionalization result accuracy. RS technology has the advantage of quick access to data, greatly saves the data acquisition cycle. GIS technology manages obtained the spatial data stratified hierarchically and is able to visualize and analyze geographic data.In this paper, using a combination of GIS and RS technology, GPS and spatial database technology, in view of the needs of practical application of information management of the national agriculture science and technology park Kunming Shilin Taiwan Farmers’ Pioneer Park,the author research and develop" visual information platform of Agricultural Science And Technology Park". The main work of this paper includes:(1) To analysis and research on GIS, GPS and RS technology, as well as WebGIS development technology;(2)To analysis the current situation and existing problems of national agricultural park Kunming Shilin Taiwan Farmers’ Pioneer Park for information management;(3) Making use of the RTK (Real Time Kinematic) GPS technology and professional GPS mapping equipment, the author completes outside mapping geographic coordinates and inner processing for the infrastructures such as block boundaries within the jurisdiction, roads, water supply pipelines, pumping stations, reservoirs, granting water station, enterprises that located in the core area (1.3 million acres) of the park.(4) With Geodatabase as spatial data model, to design and construct GIS spatial database for infrastructure of the park;(5) With the development platform ArcGIS, based on the WebGIS technology, by combining C/S and B/S as a hybrid system architecture, the author developed "visual management platform of Agricultural Science And Technology Park " which come true the functions of browsing park infrastructure, query, visualization management and analysis, editing spatial data online, data management and other functions. The platform has been applied Kunming Shilin Taiwan Farmers’ Pioneer Park for trial operation, which could effectively improve the management efficiency of Agricultural Science And Technology Park.
