Jingu21, the trial for the material, with18%PEG-6000(osmotic potential-0.4Mpa) solution and water content of9%of the soil simulated drought stress, millet seed germination rate, germination potential and bud, root length, seedling growth, membrane lipid peroxidation and protective enzyme activity and other indicators were measured and analyzed, of exogenous calcium chloride, trehalose and betaine under drought stress millet seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics, test results show that:(1) the concentration of10.0mmol/LCaCl2,15.0mmol/L trehalose and1.5mmol/L betaine treatment can alleviate the inhibition of18%PEG solution simulated drought stress on seed germination, seed germination rate, especially germination first5days germination rate than the control increased from2%to13%; while improving seed POD, SOD, CAT activity, thus easing the peroxidation caused by drought..(2) CaCl2, trehalose and betaine compound reagent relief under drought stress millet growth was significantly better than the application of a single reagent. By the administration of complex reagents, can alleviate the inhibition of9%of the water content of soil simulated drought stress on seed germination, soil the simulated drought culture under the millet germination potential increase of68.2%,77.4%germination rate.(3) complex reagent Soaking significantly alleviate the millet seed germination by inhibition under drought stress. Significantly increase the water content and water absorption rate of germination of the seeds of millet, millet increased by10.2%and2.26times more under drought stress. The soaking treatment significantly increased the soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline increased to speed up the degradation of starch.(4) under drought stress spraying complex reagents, millet seedling growth inhibition significantly be eased. Complex reagent can promote the millet seedlings leaf biomass accumulation, millet germination energy and germination rate under drought stress, induced rapid rise in pre-POD activity to improve the handling post-SOD activity; effective inhibition of millet seedlings leaves under drought stress accumulation of superoxide anion and hydrogen peroxide, lower MDA content and protect the biofilm structure, accelerate the decomposition of starch, and can significantly improve the content of proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein complex reagent improved seedlings the antioxidant capacity of the blade, reducing drought stress-induced membrane lipid peroxidation damage improve osmotic adjustment millet seedlings under drought stress, improve the adaptability of millet seedlings to drought stress, thus easing drought stress inhibit the growth of millet seedlings.Therefore, the complex reagent soaking effectively promote seed germination under drought conditions, complex reagent spraying can effectively improve the drought resistance of millet seedlings in the promotion of the production to provide a theoretical basis for the Mixture.
