A Study On The Comprehensive Evaluation System Of The External Landscape Tree Species

Based on the scientific analysis of the relationship between the growth of external trees and ecological climate, and theories related to the introduction theory, the aesthetics of landscape trees and plant physiological ecology, this thesis makes an exploratory research on the comprehensive evaluation system of the external landscape tree species.On one hand, the efficient selection of introduced species, especially the objective evaluation for external landscape tree species seems to be important and urgent. That is to say, a set of complete and scientific evaluation index system is directly related to the success of the introduction and adoption, and can be a guide for decision makers and managers which tells how to choose, use and expand the excellent introduced species, and how to eliminate these with poor performance in practice, in order to construct ecological civilization by the efficient utilization of natural and social resources.On the other hand, the comprehensive and systematic literature about the evaluation of the introduced landscape plants is rare in China, so the importance of the evaluation system lead it to be a necessity to establish an evaluation index with more comprehensive contents, more simple settlements, and more mature theories and more closely logic.The thesis firstly introduces the significance, the questions, the methodology and technical method of the study. And then reviews the literature about introduce theory, aesthetics of landscape plants and the construction of the evaluation system for current tree species.In addition, the principles, objectives and methods of the construction system are explained and the four-layer construction system was established. The applied analytic hierarchy process puts weight to the index of the evaluation system, formulates the methods and basis for the assignment of the index. And then the three rating method based on practical application results is established.Finally, the author did an empirical study on the introduction of external landscape tress species in Shanxi province at the basis of foreign comprehensive evaluation system of external landscape tress.The results of the study were qualified by experts and were in accordance with the results of investigation, which indicates that the evaluation system is of greater objectivity and operability.
