By adopting the traditional methods of parasite investigation and molecular biology techniques onsome parasites were investigated from the Perca fluviatilis in the Ergis River (China segment). From April2009to January2010.this paper analyzed the specific composition, seasonal dynamic, population ecologyand phylogeny. The main conclusions were as follows:(1)8species of parasites were collected from the Ergis River: including Ancyrocephalus percae, TrematodaLarva, Diplostomulum sp., Triaenophorus Rudolphi larva sp., Camallanus Lacustris, Pomphorhynchuslaevis sp., Argulus ellipticaudatus, Lerraea cyprinacea sp., which belonging to3genera,5families,8orders,8classes,8phyla. Diplostomulum sp. and Triaenophorus Rudolphi larva sp. were core species,Diplostomulum sp. was the dominant species in the parasite community.(2) From the results of seasonal dynamics of Perca fluviatilis, we found the significant seasonal dynamicvariation of them. The infection climax is in spring, summer and winter, in which the rates of summer arethe highest. Diplostomulum and Triaenophorus Rudolphi were found in both summer and autumn.Diplostomulum were not found in the hosts that shorter than10cm, while the degree of aggregation is thestrongest in the hosts whose length between10-15㎝. As for Triaenophorus Rudolphi, It is randomlydistributed in the hosts whose body length is less than10cm. Aggregated distribution in the hosts whosebody length is longer than10cm, while it is presented the strongest intensity of infection in whose lengthbetween10-15㎝. Analysis of seasonal dynamics and population ecology provides basic data for theartificial breeding, and prevention and control of parasitic diseases of fishes.(3) The Triaenophorus Rudolphi in Perca fluviatilis were identified by methods based on the morphologyand molecular biology. Determined its18S rDNA sequence, then compared with the sequence of the samefamily species in GenBank, the results shows that its homology of sequence is99.52%same with thesequence of T. Nodulosus, identified to genus. Molecular phylogenetic analysis of genues of TriaenophorusRudolphi shows Bathybothrium, Triaenophorus, Abothrium are gathered to one branch; the others are inone branch. Initially clarify the phylogenetic relationships between the families and genera.
