By adopting the traditional methods of parasite investigation and molecular biologytechniques, this paper analyzed the Species identification, population ecology and phylogenyof Diplostomum were investigated through from the fishes of Percidae in the Ergis River. Themain conclusions were as follows:(1) The total necropsy perch fish samples467, The total infection rate of Diplostomum inPerca fluviatilis was38.40%, and the average intensity of infection was24.16±47.32. Thetotal infection rate of Diplostomum in Lucioperca lucioperca was60%, and the averageintensity of infection was6.03±6.52. The total infection rate of Diplostomum in Acerinacernua was38.76%, and the average intensity of infection was16.06±30.85. Prevalence andintensity of infection with the host body length changes show different trends, the infectionintensity of Perca fluviatilis had significant difference among the20cm<L with10cm<L≤15cm and15cm<L≤20cm, the infection intensity of Lucioperca lucioperca had significantdifference among the25cm<L≤30cm with15cm<L≤20cm and25cm<L≤30cm, theinfection intensity of Acerina cernua had significant difference among the5cm<L≤7cmwith9cm<L≤11cm and11cm<L≤13cm.(2) By analyzing the patterns features of Diplostomum, we found that The Diplostomumtake the aggregation distribution in different host body lengthgroup, and changed with thediversification of the host body length. and the main gathering places in intensity changedwith different host body lengthgroup.(3) By analyzing the frequency distribution of Diplostomum, the frequency distributionof Diplostomum in the irregular wave phenomena.(4) Diplostomum were investigated through from the fishes of Percidae in the ErgisRiver were identified using the methods of morphology characteristics and molecular biologymethods. The results showed that the species of Diplostomum were Diplostomum spathaceum and Diplostomum pseudospathaceum, they were the new record species of China. thehomology in ITS rDNA sequence of species in GenBank was100%and99%, and analyzedthe phylogenetic relationships of these tow species.
