The experiment in Awati town of Akesu country, take a split-plot design that the main area is growthstage and irrigation gradient as the deputy district. The stress treatment began in bud stage, flowing stage, boll stage and boll-opening stage. Each stage in addition to the control device3irrigation gradient whichhave the control irrigation amount of75%,50%,25%. The results show that:1. In the film the dropper is carried out under the condition of Non-full irrigation, water characteristicswith the irrigation quantity and irrigation time different and changed regularly consumption of cotton, soilmoisture content showed after irrigation, soil moisture increased regularity. In the range of0to80cm soillayer, with the depth gradually deepened soil moisture content increases. Different period, differentirrigation quota of60-80cm soil water effect of minimum, the greatest impact on the0-20cm soil layer, with the growth process, effects of different irrigation quota of deeper layers is also larger.2. Different periods of Non-full irrigation had significant effects on cotton canopy structure, leaf areaindex (LAI), leaf angle (MTA) increased with increasing irrigation amount, the sky opening (DIFN)performance of the opposite. Canopy structure can improve the light transmittance suitable ventilation, avoid excessive growth of branches and leaves and lay the foundation for high yield. Different time quotairrigation treatment had a significant effect on cotton dry matter and dry matter distribution, dry matterincreased with the growth period of irrigation and increased, dry matter distribution with the irrigationamount increasing, the proportion of reproductive organs showed an increasing tendency.3. With decreasing irrigation amount, chlorophyll content of cotton decreased. In different periods, under different irrigation quota, photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), show the characteristicwith decreasing irrigation amount decreased gradually. Actual photochemical efficiency (PSII), themaximal photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) showed the same as the irrigation gradient increasing its valuewill increase the law.4. Different irrigation times and irrigation on cotton, cotton fiber quality in lower part, have certaineffects, in general, sufficient water can improve the fiber length of cotton top, improve strength and reducethe micron ire value.5. This study shows that in the bud stage and boll-opening stage on cotton moderate droughtstress can improve the ability of cotton resistance to drought, water use efficiency. In the cotton flowering and blooming stage, drought stress will cause the reduction of cotton output.
