Mining development destroys a great of land resources, in order to reduce the loss of land and increase the available land, improvement and utilization of reclaimed soil have been one of the questions solved urgently. Microbial reclamation technology is the main research direction of mining area reclamation technology in the world, especially the study of microbial fertilizer has made a good application effect. This paper mainly studied the effect of different microbial inoculum treatments on soil microorganism quantity, enzyme activity and nutrient content and discussed the effect of different microbial inoculum treatments on nutrient content、biomass and quality of rape grown in reclaimed soil of mining. It aimed at providing theoretical and practical basis for screening advantage bacterium to repair reclaimed soil. The results are as follows:(1) Rape rhizosphere microbial content with different microbial agents treatments was all higher than that of the contrast, and increased by from2.3%to66.4%. The contents of Bacteria, gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes all higher than that of the control, the change of protozoa content was not obvious. Effects of the microorganism increasing with Aзолен microorganism agent treatment was the best of all, followed by that with Juwei microorganism agent treatment, but the effect of the microorganism increasing dealt by Kaisheng microorganism agent was the worst.(2) Effects of different microbial agents on soil enzyme activity was that soil urease activity and alkaline phosphatase activity treated by microorganism agent were both higher than that of the control. Soil alkaline phosphatase activity was increased by from64.2%to199%; soil urease activity was increased by from4.2%to61.4%. Except that soil invertase activity with Kaisheng treatment was decreased, soil invertase activity by other treatments was all higher than the control and increased by from18%to32.5%. (3) Applying inoculants increased nutrient contents of reclaimed soil in mining area. Among them, organic matter of soil dealt by giant and micro potash fertilizer can reached the highest9.55g/kg, which was16.8%higher than the contrast, reaching the remarkable level together. The available phosphorus content of soil with Kaisheng treatment was the highest, which was24.6%higher than the contrast. The available phosphorus content of soil with different treatments was all higher than that of contracts. Therefore, fertilizers used microbes can raise the nutrient of soil, further lowers the investment of fertilizers and reduces environmental contamination.(4) In addition to treatment of Kaisheng microbial inoculum, rape biomass dealt by other fungicides was all higher than the contract, and stem height was14.6%~19.5%greater than that of that contract, overground part fresh weight was7.7%~37.3%greater than that of that contract, underground part fresh weight was34.2%~97.5%greater than that of that contract. Chlorophyll content by different treatments differed little from the contract, but it affected the N, P, K rape absorbs and its quality. Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium absorbed by rape dealt by fungicides was higher that of the contract. The Vc content of rape dealt by fungicides had obvious differences from that of the contract, and the content of nitrate was all lower than that of the contract, which had little effects on the organic acid in rape leaves.In the end, relative analysis of soil biological activity and rape biomass showed that there was an apparent positive correlation between soil biological activity and plant biomass. Therefore, applying fungicides on reclaimed soil in mining areas can effectively improve reclaimed soil.
