Huainan Sheldrake has medium size and adaptability, strong resisitance, resisitance to crude feed, early maturity, reproductive ability, fast growth and so on. But over the years due to the lack of systematic selection, coupled with the introduction of the main producing areas laying ducks and duck species, causing Huainan Sheldrake mix of variety and degradation. Most studies indicate that cysteamine can improve animal performance. Cysteamine, known as beta-mercapto ethylamine, is a part of coenzyme A. Cysteamine depleting the body’s somatostain, allows endogenous growth hormone and related metabolic hormone levels, so as to promote animal growth and lactation. there are many reports about cysteamine research in livestock and poultry production application. But the reports are mainly about livestock and poultry production and mechanisms, few about waterfowl especially ducks. A low dose of continuously addition can also generate the same effect with the high dose intermittent addition, and can make feeding techniques greatly simplified. Therefore, the study about different doses of cysteamine effecting on the production performance is of great significance. Based on related research, the study use gross anatomy technology. image analysis of histological techniques, immunohistochemistry and radioimmunoassay method to define the effect of different doses of cysteamine on body weight, proventriculus and duodenal development, to provide theoretical guidance for Huainan Sheldrake production.1The impact on the level of SS in blood, glandular stomach, duodenum with different doses of cysteamineDiets supplemented with different doses of cysteamine SS content in different growth stages Huainan duck blood, this effect is mainly reflected in the the early growth. The doses of100mg/kg,150mg/kg can significantly lower blood content of ss, while the doses of50mg/kg can not significantly affect the content. With the day-old growth to35days of age, ss in blood of each group was no significant difference witg the control group.Cysteamine depletion effect of ss in the blood has stages.SS in the glandular stomach mainly distributed in complex pipe gland, fewer in single-tube gland. SS in the duodenum mainly distributed in the crypt, fewer in the intestinal villi. SS content in the glandular and duodenum decline with continuous addition of cysteamine.2The impact on Huainan sheldrake weight with different doses of cysteamineIn the diet continues to add different doses of cysteamine Gan found that the different effects of different doses of cysteamine Huainan the Sheldrake weight the different growth stages.At14days of age,the weight difference of different groups is not significant; at28days of age,the dose of100mg/kg and150mg/kg can promote the growpth of Huainan sheldrake more than the dose of50mg/kg,and the body weight of the100mg/kg group is more than the150mg/kg group;at35days of age, the dose of100mg/kg can promote the growpth of Huainan sheldrake more than the dose of50mg/kg,while the addition of150mg/kg can not significantly promote the growth of Huainan sheldrake. And the weight of the150mg/kg group is lower than the control group.3The impact on glandular stomach and duodenum development with Different doses of cysteamineDiet for different doses of cysteamine on different growth stages Huainan Sheldrake glandular stomach, duodenum and development have different physiological effects. This experiment add50mg/kg,100mg/kg could promote the development of the glandular stomach, duodenum, but the dose of100mg/kg is more significant. add150mg/kg only promote development of glandular stomach and duodenum in the early, after the the period of28days,there are no Significant difference between the experimental group and the control group, and even the indicators lower than the control group, indicate sustained high dose of cysteamine may inhibit the development of the glandular stomach and the duodenum. The results showed that the more the dose of100mg/kg is more developmental effects of the glandular stomach and duodenum. The results showed that the dose of100mg/kg have more significant impact on the development of the glandular stomach and duodenum. Conclusion:Diets supplemented with the appropriate dose of cysteamine can reduce the content of somatostatin in the blood, glandular stomach and duodenal tissue, Promote the development of glandular stomach and duodenum, Increase weight, however, at the age of35days, the content of Somatostatin was no significant difference in the groups of blood.Continue to add high doses of cysteamine in the diet, reduce the content of somatostatin in the blood, glandular stomach and duodenal tissue only at an early stage, promote the development of glandular stomach and duodenum, increase weight, But with the age growth, somatostatin blood, glandular stomach and duodenum is more earlier trend to the normal group, and inhibit the development of the glandular stomach and duodenum, inhibit the growth of body weight.
