(1):Morphological differences among six groups of different natural waters Procambarus clarkii were dtudied with22morphological parameters three m ultivariation analysis methods. Cluster analysis results show that increasing div ergence degrees between Hongze Lake and Sheyang groups, and no obvious d ifference was found between the Weishan Lake、Yangtze River、Poyang Lake and the Anhui groups. Principal component analysis that the second paraeiop od length and the fifth second paraeiopod length have a significant impact of morphological variations of six different waters populations of Procambarus clarkii. Discriminant analysis revealed that the total discriminant accuracy was83.60%, for females and males of the group respectively in conclusion the r esults show that the groups of different water areas had certain differences on th e morphology of the Procambarus clarkii.(2):A comparative morphological differences of9Procambarus clarkii groups, from the Yangtze River, Ganjiang River, Weishan Lake, Poyang Lake, Hongze Lake, Zhangdu Lake, Gaoyou Lake and Mingguang、Sheyang and so on. Nine regional units chromatic aberration value is significantly difference(P<0.5), Four linear regression analysis equations of body length are established, which showed that linear relationship between head Breastplate length, carapace width, chela length and body length form different regions is significant differences (P<0.5).(3):Hydrolysis amino acid results showed that the six regions of EAA/TAA are more than40%, which comply with the standards of high-quality protein. the six groups hydrolyzed amino acid contents were no significant difference. and the first limiting amino acid is lucerne, phenylalanine+tyrosine is the second limiting amino acid. six groups of free amino acid contents is significantly different.
