The boat-tractor acts as the power machine of paddy field task in deep mud and waterwas independence invented by our country, using the operating principle of float to letthe unit float on the wet and soft surface soil. Under the condition of driving wheel, tosuccessfully complete the assignment in the field of lake-field and winter-paddy-field orwetland deep mud etc.The boat-tractor to solve the difficulty of carriage wheel tractor and apron wheeltractor can’t work in the field of deep mud and swamp has a great many merit, however,the walking structure of the boat-tractor—have some problem with driving wheel, bigresistance for boat body slide, low traction efficiency seriously impeded the progress ofthe boat-tractor, in recent decades, many specialists and scientific-researchers got perfecteffect in the theoretical research and the mechanism innovation, researching the walkingstructure will have an important economic value and theory meaning on the effect oftraction efficiency.This text will regard rear engine the boat-tractor as the research object, to analysis thewhole dynamic model of overall unit, to analysis the force balance of slip soil body toeduce the mathematical models of driving wheel and driving force, applying MATLABsoftware to optimize calculation, getting the driving wheel structure parameters of bestdriving performance under the certain soil parameters, analysing the structure parametersof driving wheel and soil parameters have an influence on driving and driving resistance.In the meanwhile, in order to raise the working performance and improve straightrunning performance of machine set, we designed an adjustment structure for drivingwheel to enter into the soil.Finally, at the basis of researching and analysis to reduce the slip resistance means ofboat hull, and what’s more, designs a boat body structure which can lower down theslipping resistance efficaciously when it works.
