Objective: Maize zearalenone attack the SD mouse ovarian tissue, ovarian tissue in p53,NF-κB, caspase-3and caspase-8expression changes occur.Method:4210-week-old SD rats were randomly divided into two groups, the samefeeding as a test and control group, respectively. During the processing day, the concentrationof5mg/kg zearalenone solution of test rats by intraperitoneal injection; using normal salinecontrol rats by intraperitoneal injection successfully copied zearalenone poisoning mousemodel, respectively after injection,3h,6h,12h,24h,48h,72h,96when killed rat ovariantissues, and then using immunohistochemistry in ovarian tissue protein apoptosis in p53,NF-kappaB, caspase-3and caspase-8expression amount.Result:1. The expression of Caspase-3and Caspase-8The results ofimmunohistochemistry-PV supersensitivity method indicated that the Caspase-3andCaspase-8were expressed both in CG and EG. What is more, the expression of Caspase-3andCaspase-8was in a dynamic state related to temporal differences. From3h to96h, Caspase-3was highly expressed in ovary and the expression of EG was significantly higher than that inCG (p<0.05), and3h,6h,12h,24h and48h expression is higher than the amount of72h and96h. Caspase-8expressed in ovary of EG showed a significant deviation from that in CG(p<0.05) at6h,12h,72h and96h. The deviation was not significant at3h,24h and48h(p>0.05), and3h,6h,12h,24h and48h expression is higher than the amount of72h and96h.2. The expression of p53and NF-κB Immunohistochemically analysis reveal the expressionof p53and NF-κB in experiment groups and control groups and present dynamic changesover time. p53expression increase in3,6,12h and reduce after12h which showed asignificant higher compare to control groups(p>0.05)in all test group.NF-κB increase in3hand reduce after3h which expression showed a significant higher compare to control groups(p>0.05)in all test group.Conclusion: Ovarian tissue lesions zearalenone poisoning and granulosa cell apoptosis.Zearalenone caused granulosa cell apoptosis of rat ovarian tissue in the important role of p53,NF-κB, Caspase-3and caspase-8.
